This super clean, professionally furnished, three-bedroom, two-bath unit comes fully equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room and everything you and your family would need to have the perfect Florida vacation. Beautiful and romantic downtown Old Naples is only minutes away by car.

This three bedroom, two bath condominium is furnished with 4 TVs, DVD Player, High Speed Wi-Fi Internet Service, Linens (including Beach Towels), Kitchen Utensils, Granite Countertops, Phone, Full-Size Washer and Dryer.
From the screened lanai you will enjoy views of the bay and the zero-entry pool with a tropical waterfall-perfect for kids of all ages. Another wonderful stay here! Clean unit and great amenities with the pool, workout room. Loved being close to the beach and the paved bike trails. Highly recommend!

Great location

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo, location to the beach and the condo complex with pool, hot tub and workout rooms were all amazing! We walked to restaurants and had great walks to the beach and surrounding areas. We will be back and recommend to anyone.

Loved the area, condo and facility! Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, towels and cooler to make our stay easier! We had a minor maintenance problem that was taken care of immediately! Will definitely return!

Great family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was large enough to accommodate my husband and I as well as my son and his three children. There was more than enough towels for use and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances and dishes, etc. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. A short walk to the beach which makes it handy to return for the sunset. Steve the owner was readily available for any questions. Our flight was delayed so we checked in late and had a little trouble finding the condo after dark but a phone call to Steve and we were able to locate it. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a family vacation in southwest Florida. You will enjoy this condo!

Very nice condo, great location for family.

Great experience , condo was as advertised, everything you need for pool and the beach. My Family enjoyed close walk to beach and sitting on patio. Ice cream, restaurants, bike rental all within .5 mile. Would definetly return.

Amazing beachside retreat

My family and I had an amazing experience! The condo was clean, spacious, well stocked and had an amazing pool. The condo is about a 6-7 minute walk from Vanderbilt beach. We were super sad to leave but will definitely be back in the future.

Fantastic

would highly recommend this condo. Owner had items for toddler so we didn't have to bring - ie: booster chair, beach chair, stroller and had beach chairs and towels for use.. Very close to beach, apprx 7 minute walk. Unit was very clean and the views were spectacular!

Great stay! The condo is clean and updated. Beds are comfortable. The owner is immediately responsive to any issues. We would definitely stay here again!

The host of this property is incredible, goes above and beyond to make your stay great. Apartment is very spacious, clean, great views, 5 min walk to the beach, couldn’t be happier with this booking. We will definitely be back again. Greatly recommend.

Loved our stay

Great location, walking distance to Vanderbilt beach. We loved watching the sunset every evening after a day of playing at the pool and/or beach. We made almost all of our meals in the condo kitchen, which was fully equipped and very clean. It was a perfect getaway for us.

Great property located on a short walking distance from Vanderbilt beach. This condo had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The property is accurately listed and while in a gated community with locks and codes everywhere, the property manager had detailed notes on everything, communicated well and getting access was easy. Nice, gated community. Pool and grounds were very well maintained. The condo itself had all of the amenities you could want - even VERY nice beach chairs, pool noodles and beach towels!
