Beautiful Condo in a Tropical Resort! This condo is part of the beautiful Park Shore resort. The unit was recently renovated. Great views and best location. Beautiful modern tiles throughout. New kitchen. New Bath. New outside lanai with new modern sliding doors! Very quiet and calm.

This resort features lush tropical vegetation, streams and waterfalls, a large heated pool and BBQ area. The resort also has tennis, pickle ball and handball courts and a fitness center. Fantastic location with the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby!

This condominium is a deluxe 2-bedroom unit with breathtaking views. Access to the unit is by one flight of stairs. Each room has its own full bathroom and walk in closet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with new cabinets, stove, microwave, dishwasher and new granite counter tops. There is a washer and dryer in the unit!

Right in the middle of Naples, walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, within minutes of the Village shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and the beautiful Naples beaches!

There is a heated pool and a fitness center and an on site restaurant Hogfish Harry's.
I am available during your stay for any questions or recommendations. The front desk at the Resort is also a great source of information!

We loved our condo, it was beautiful and comfortable. It was located conveniently to the beach, stores and restaurants! Lauren is a wonderful host to work with and is very responsive. We look forward to returning.

Spring Break

Great condo that was perfect for a spring break getaway. The resort was great and the beach was better. It was such a help that Lauren had beach gear for us to use. Overall a great trip

Wonderful condo

This is the second time we’ve used Lauren’s condo and it’s a perfect place to stay! Wonderful location and nice, clean condo. I highly recommend her place!

Convenient location

This property is very conveniently located right in the heart of Naples. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Close to on site pool and restaurant. Good Naples location. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay here.

Nice family vacation

Condo had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and clean. The owner, Lauren was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Walked into a clean wonderful scented room. Everything was wonderful, walk to dinner, breakfast and there will be a new Publix opening soon. The onsite restaurant is a local favorite, order the key lime pie. The pool is very clean and recently renovated. We will come back

Perfect Naples Getaway

Lauren's property was perfect for our family vacation. The condo was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sand toys, cooler and umbrella were a fantastic touch. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Naples!

Amazing place

This unit has everything you need for your stay in Naples! The owner is very communicative and helpful to answer all questions. It was very clean upon arrival and is stocked with everything you could possibly need- beach chairs, toys, extra linens, extra toiletries! The notebook of detailed information on the property and area was a nice added touch! We will for sure stay here again on our next visit.

Beautiful condo

The condo was absolutely as described. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Also is in a very convenient and quiet location. Whenever I had any questions, Lauren answered in a timely manner. We have already booked her condo for our next stay!

Perfect

Everything was great - very nice upgraded unit in PSR - very clean and well stocked (including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels!). Good communication with host - check-in was easy. As for PSR - great location (beach, grocery store, restaurants) and great facilities (on site restaurant, grills, pool). Highly recommend!

Four day stay

We really enjoyed Park Shore Resort. The pool, restaurant, parking and overall unit was wonderful. No late noise to worry about. It was 1/2 mile from a terrific Catholic Church. It was so close to several nice beaches with lots of parking. We really enjoyed watching the turtles in the water and muscovy ducks.

Great stay, beyond expectations

All went as planned, check in was excellent- we had keys and access cards with in 5 minutes of arrival. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, nice appliances and included a brita full of water in fridge. Beds very comfortable, TV in each bedroom and living room. nice pool/hut tub area. easy walk to beach , close to groceries and a variety of good restaurants in easy walking distance. truly enjoyed our stay - we never contacted host- never had a question from check in to check out

Lauren’s Condo

We were very pleased with our choice of Lauren’s condo at the Park Shore Resort. The unit was very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Nice big TVs. All the beach equipment you would need - chairs, umbrella, and noodles. Tge unit is close to the main club house and wonderful Hogfish Harry’s restaurant.

Great place for a Naples stay.

The place is as described and fresh and pretty. So convenient to restaurant, pool and spa. Front desk supplies pool towels and any local info you need. Shopping for groceries or Starbucks right there. Good mall close and beach close too. Enjoyed the patio on for breakfast and cocktails. Everything you will need to cook if you like but Hogfish Harry’s is right on the property and amazing. Make a reservation if you know you’re going they are busy. You will not be disappointed. Casual but I enjoyed the ambience and space much more than the hotel I usually stay at (Residence Inn). Oh ya cute water way by patio w ducks, turtles etc going right by kinda cool.

Paradise in Florida

After a cancelled trip to St Lucia due to weather we decided to book a last minute trip Naples. Lauren was so easy to work with and very prompt with responses which allowed us to get to Naples within hours of booking the condo. The unit was impeccable and well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. This was our second time staying at the Park Shore Resort and we will be returning again next year. The grounds of the resort are beautiful, we enjoy evening walks around the resort and sitting on the balcony listening to the relaxing waterfall. The resort is close to everything, we really enjoy Clam Pass beach which is only a 5 minute drive, Publix is walking distance and there is a great choice of restaurants, our favorite is Hog Fish Harry’s which is on the grounds of the resort. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Building A, PSResort

We have stayed at the Park Shore before . The location is great. I had not realized how many stairs were involved, 17 , I believe. The condo was supplied with everything you could need from dishes to beach chairs to towels etc. I think the condo needs updating. The screen door was old,and moldy and the bottom plate was missing, not to be replaced until the summer which meant we could not leave the screen door open. The washing machine always had to be banged on the lid to keep it going. The furniture is rather dated particularly the small table on the lanai. I am not a fan of felt as a blanket. The couch really needs to be replaced. It served our purpose and the air conditioning worked well. When I explained that the shower door would not slide and I had to enter and exit beside the toilet, I received no response.
