Wonderful Vacation

Location and property were great. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very responsive to our questions prior to our arrival as well as the few times we communicated during our stay. We will definitely book this property again for our next trip to Pensacola Beach if it is available.

Great Condo and location

Loved the property and close location to the beach, boardwalk and charter fishing boats. The host was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Condo

We had such a nice stay at this condo. Beautiful patio view of the sunset and amazing patio furniture! Very cozy and comfortable, walking distance to so many things, loved it.

Great location

We stayed here for a family Spring Break trip and some baseball. The location was great. Very close to all the fun, but we also took morning walks west where there was a path and it was quieter too. It was very clean. We saved a lot of space traveling because beach items and towels were provided. We used the fitness center and the pool a lot. The heated pool and the balcony were the highlights. We could watch the blue angels from the pool deck. We would stay here again.

Great location and wonderful place

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for our teenagers as they could walk to just about everything. We saw dolphins often in the morning while enjoying the wonderful balcony. Jean was super sweet and even texted us to warn us about storms that might be in our way on our drive home. Can’t say enough good things about their condo and their hospitality!

Perfect stay

Very happy with the condo. All the kitchen amenities to help with cooking. Extras of all the little things too. The owners were availability any time we needed. My family and I would stay there again.

Amazing Vacation Spot

Jeans place is gorgeous and in a perfect location, Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and all the best restaurants. The spacious balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and the condo has everything you need to feel at home. In suite laundry and storage locker full on beach necessities made our stay seamless. If you’re travelling with kids they have a pack and play, wagon, board games & toys, which was so perfect for us. If you looking for a place to stay in Pensacola- this is the spot! We will definitely be back !

Balcony, coffee and the beach. Perfect!!

Lovely condo furnished with everything needed for relaxing stay. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee and sunset viewing over Little Sabine Bay. Just a short walk or ride across the street to the beach and pier(the longest on the gulf coast). Delicious choices in dining within walking distance. Highly recommend Red Fish, Blue Fish and the Native Cafe. We plan to be return visitors.

Views, Location, Comfort and Amenities Galore!!

This condo is perfect from the inside out!! The sunset views are absolutely amazing!! The owners were awesome to work and very responsive. The condo was so well furnished, comfy beds, living area and everything you need in the kitchen!! Bonus is a kayak, paddle board and everything you need for a great beach day including chairs and floats. The amenities include a nice beach area on the bay that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying watching the boats come and go. South Harbor was super clean and beautifully landscaped!! Lastly Location, Location Location, you literally can park your car and not get back in until you sadly have to leave. Walk to beach, restaurants, shopping , fun bars and entertainment. We love this condo and can't wait to come back, thanks to the Gibson's for sharing this space and being wonderful hosts!!

Amazing location!!

We were so happy this this South Harbor condo! It was clean, well maintained, close to the boardwalk, beaches, and restaurants!! Working with Jean the condo owner was great!! She answered our questions very promptly! My family and I will definitely be returning to this location!!!

We loved the condo. We love this property in general. It is in a great location and perfect for a family with small children. We loved the bay side beach, kayak, and pool. The unit was very clean and when I had questions, the owner responded very quickly. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Pensacola Gem

The location and condo were nothing short of perfect! Very clean and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Jean and Gordon were the best part of all: they made everything so easy for us and were unbelievably kind. You can’t go wrong staying here and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely soul refreshing stay!

Our stay was completely delightful! Jean is the most responsive and sweet host! The unit is exactly as described and then more! The location is ideal and proximally close to nearby beaches, restaurants, and stores. The pool and small beach were perfect for quiet relaxation too. The balcony was our favorite hangout when in the unit. So peaceful and relaxing. We are leaving rested, restored, and refreshed. Highly recommend this property and hosts!

Great location and property!

Of all the vacation rentals we have stayed in, this one was hands down the best experience we’ve had. Condo was very clean and well decorated with nice and comfortable furniture. The location couldn’t be better for the beaches, restaurants and shops. The amazing sunset views on the back balcony over looking the water every afternoon was a perfect wrap up to the days. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with and helpful when needed. We would definitely stay here again!
