Beautifully remodeled two large bedrooms with king beds, one full bathroom, with a open spacious living room and gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Private Patio with Tables, Chairs, Huge Umbrella, and Grill, with shared Hot Tub, also offering Bicycles, Beach Wagon w/ Cooler, Chairs, Umbrella, and toys. Walk close to the beach, restaurants, cocktails, ice cream, and many other shops. Plus, walk half a block into the neighborhood to fabulous Kolb Park with pickle ball, tennis, skateboarding, children’s playground, basketball (included), or enjoy watching a baseball game. This wonderful like new location offers something for everyone and is sure to relax you, your family, and your friends!

Cute small place but had some issues

I am going to be completely honest in my review, as this place had both good and bad things about it... When we arrived, we noticed that the door jam is very loose as if someone has broken it and it wasn't fixed properly...This was a concern since we had a child that was going to be sleeping on the pull out right by the front door... The next thing we found was that the king bed frame was broken on one side and we couldn't sleep on it...I notified the property manager immediately, but nothing was ever done about it...And the property manager ended up never responding back...So we had to let the kid sleep on the one good side and us sleep on the pull out which is not ideal for a whole week...plus it's not what we agreed to when we paid for this place... Also, the pull out bed had a large stain on the sheets which is downright gross... The other bad thing we found was that we killed at least half a dozen cockroaches...The property manager needs to have the place sprayed on a consistent basis... Aside from those things, we made do with the place and its located a perfect distance from the beach to just walk over...We did not try the hot tub, but it's conveniently located between this place and the main house in front of it...It was nice that they had carts, chairs and coolers in the shed though cause they came in handy... With all that being said, the place could have been nice...They just need to get things fixed and cleaned better...I would not rent from them again...

Great location

This place was perfect for our stay. The house was clean and had everything handy we needed to take to the beach. We didnt have a car and walked to everything. Great location!

Perfect Cozy Beach Cottage

This cottage is an absolute gem ! Perfect location. Clean. Has all the amenities one needs plus many perks and bonuses. Host was super accommodating and very quick in her response. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this cottage - 10 stars all the way.

Amazing!

Great location! The extra stuff that was included was amazing (beach chairs, wagon, sand toys and water toys). I was worried about having to share with the other cottage but it was not a big deal at all. Our Jersey neighbors were amazing. We had a great time!

Location Was Amazing!

This cottage was perfect for us- very cute and clean. Just a short walk to the beach. Ice cream, shops, and restaurants were in walking distance as well. The area is just beautiful! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in a fun cottage!

The perfect cottage in the best area of Indian rocks

We had a great time during our stay at this perfect cottage. It was very clean and the pictures online are a very accurate representation of what you will get when you stay here. There are so many amenities, including the hot tub, which was great after a long day at the beach and a great little sitting area outside and all the beach supplies you need. Communications with the host were very good and she responded quickly when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again when we come down to Indian rocks.

Delightful Cottage in a Fantastic Location

In 41 years visiting the Clearwater area for Philadelphia Phillies spring training, this is, by far, the best accomodations we have ever rented! Easy access to 4 baseball stadiums; Phillies, Blue Jays, Rays and Pirates. The cottage is super clean, appears to have been recently remodeled and the amenities are as mentioned in the listing; especially beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon. I took advantage of the lovely stone patio to enjoy the sun when the beach was too cold and my husband was napping. Super close to the beach (amazing sunsets) and restaurants and the trolley stop is right at the corner if you don't have a car. We also cooked out on the grill once. Chatted with the owner a couple times in the first day and a half and she was very responsive and answered our questions. There are 2 cottages on this property and we hope to rent both in 2024.

Cottage with a nicely stocked kitchen.

When booked in September, for January, I asked for a grab bar to be installed in the bathtub. Not done, ordered one from Amazon. Beach chairs were all too low for senior citizens, ordered a camp chair from Amazon for myself. Poor lighting in walkway from parking lot. Uncomfortable furniture in living room, lumpy broken down couch and one uncomfortable chair. Living room needed a lamp. Could have better explained TV use. Beds were comfortable. Outside seating area was nice. Walk to beach was easy.

Exceptionally clean, great location

We will be back! Everything was spotless, including jacuzzi. Great location for beach access and tennis courts. Bikes were so handy.

Nice Place

Good location, close to beach and restaurants. Only issue was the Wi-Fi receptions wasn’t the bed especially in the bedrooms. Also, bring your own soap.

Loved our stay

We very much enjoyed our stay! Adorable cottage. Had everything we needed. Quick walk to the beach. Restaurants and bar within walking distance. Owner was very helpful and responsive. We hope to visit again in the near future.

One of the best beach houses I have ever stayed at!

The upgrades on this cottage are perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful inside! The beds are extra comfortable, the proximity to the beach/bars and restaurants is extremely close and the property contact was extremely accommodating and responsive! It is exceptionally clean and cozy! We will be back for sure! Thank you for having a post and pictures that actually match what we experienced!!

Sweet Getaway

We so enjoyed our stay on at the cottage on Indian Rocks Beach! There were an abundance of beach paraphernalia so we didn't have to bring that along. The cottage was well furnished and the new gas grill worked perfectly! Our grandkids loved the beach, park and library nearby. Excellent!

Nice cottage steps from the beach

Stayed here with my wife and another couple. The cottage was the perfect size for the four of us. It is well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed for a couple meals at home, which was ideal for us. We also loved being just a 2 minute walk from the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoy the Hot Tub/Micro Pool...my own term for when its hot out and you turn down the temp in the hot tub to make it more comfortable, like a pool. Wonderful beach amenities, Including wagons with coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and games like Corn hole. Your own private little home by the beach. We hope you’ll join us!
