Thoroughly Cleaned and Sanitized between Every Guest. Plenty of Parking in Circular Driveway. Boat Launch Access a few streets away. Open Floor Plan with Updated Kitchen and Baths. Has a King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom and a Bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Interior is Updated and Tastefully Decorated. All Utensils, Bedding, Towels and Essentials Provided. Perfect House for families

Great house for families with the pool in the back and a true 5 min. walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops open even after the hurricane. Our second time staying and we can’t wait to go back again!

No need to leave

The location of this cozy house is in a safe, quiet residential area, but the beach and oceanfront is easily accessible via a short walk. But, with the pool and backyard, there is really no need to leave! This was a relaxing place to unwind and connect with family, and well-stocked with coffee, towels, soaps, kitchen items, which was very appreciated! I felt comfortable allowing my teenage kids to go on short walks in this neighborhood. We all loved our stay this week and would absolutely book here again!

Sibling birthday trip, such a wonderful time!

Lovely property, well supplied with all that we needed, and we so enjoyed the beach! Fun area to be in. Brett was very easy to communicate with and supplied us with a couple extra things that we needed.

Great family home!

The house is perfect for families with kids or infants like we had. The house is very clean and stocked with all kitchen items and plenty of beach items, including a wagon and beach toys. The pool has floats available to use as well. The backyard is a paradise! We loved our stay and look forward to a return visit next year. The host is great at communicating and handled a small problem we had the same day. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Vacation

Last minute rental

Our original rental fell through 6 weeks before our vacation so this rental was a last minute find. Not what we normally rent or area we rent in but not bad for last minute. Owner was very nice and great communication.

Much needed Get Away

This is the perfect place to come to relax. We felt as though we had our own private resort. Nice short walk to the beach. But truly the backyard is where you will want to spend all your time. Brett was wonderful with his quick responses. We will stay here again for sure!

Girls Trip 2024

Six ladies came down for a relaxing girls weekend. This place was an absolute gem. This place was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants as described. We loved having beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler and an umbrella to use. The pool area was very relaxing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The pool and backyard were beautiful and we rarely used our car since the beach is right across the street and there are several walkable restaurants. We also loved riding the bikes around the beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!
