Our home is a part of Waterville Estates, which has a multi-million dollar state-of-the-art recreation center (private club- 1 guest pass included, kids under 7 are free, additional passes can be purchased at the front desk), full fitness center, 4 pools (2 indoor, 2 outdoor), 3 Jacuzzi's (including an adults only that is huge), saunas, a lake with paddle boats and a floating dock, tennis courts, basketball, and bar.
