Lovely 4-bedroom home located in Waterville Estates close to hiking, skiing and all the White mountains has to offer.
Shopping within 15 minutes to either Plymouth or Lincoln or a nice hour ride over the Kancamagus to Conway to shopping outlets and much more.
During the winter months our own little ski area has live music, food and drinks on the weekends and during school vacations.

Great spacious home with a great big deck,great. It was an awesome layout with all the bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The location is great for that area and quick to get north to Lincoln. There was a vintage arcade place right down the road with a full size pool table that was very inexpensive and fun to stop in for a little while. The community center pool area was awesome as well. We will definitely be back.

House was clean and comfortable. Had everything that we needed. We had an issue with the accuracy of the listing regarding the air conditioning at the house (listing has since been updated to more accurately describe the A/C status). Be prepared to pay 50 per portable A/C unit if you go when it is hot.

Peaceful Weekend Getaway

Open concept home and great outdoor wrap around deck for a very peaceful family weekend. Great location, host and amenities. We'll definitely return!

Loved our stay!

This is a great property for a large group, or for 2 families. We were 7 adults, with family in the area who visited for dinner each night. Plenty of space to spread out, lots of options for sleeping, games/puzzles and ping ping galore! The location is close to Campton Mountain, all resort amenities, and Waterville Valley for skiing. We have stayed here twice, and look forward to another trip in the future!

Comfortable and quiet

Great location with a fantastic layout with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. We loved the quiet and tranquil setting. Perfect for the 8 of us to stay while playing golf with close proximity to The Owls Nest. Will definitely book again! Thanks for a wonderful stay

Girls weekend

We have a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Home is in a wooded area with great view of the mountains. Well cared for property

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

The home was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable; just as described and detailed in the Vrbo app and photos. Unfortunately two guests of ours could not make it due to illness.

What a great spot! The kids had a blast playing ping pong, grilling on the deck was amazing, and the home was super cozy. Host was extremely friendly and communicative. Plan to stay again next year.

Amazing !!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place is beautiful, super clean, everything you could possibly need was provided. We were 4 adults and 2 little kids and we had tons of space. The deck is really beautiful and huge with a gorgeous view! The kids absolutely loved the pool and other amenities at the community center. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back!!

Great for Family Getaway

A welcoming home with lots of space and plenty of room for sleeping. We especially enjoyed the fireplace in the living room and the ping pong/foosball tables in the basement. The well appointed kitchen made prepping food for a group of 8 adults easy. The property is located on a private street, and had the weather been better we would have enjoyed hiking in the surrounding woods. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

This house is really lovely. Very private setting, spacious and comfortable. We loved the community center with its pools, playground, pickleball courts, tennis courts, game room and beach. There is also a wonderful wrap-around deck with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Melinda is a great communicator and super-responsive.Just a few things to note: - There is no air conditioning in the house. I missed the fine print in the listing about a "large fan and in the woods". We arrived on a 93 degree day (with similar temps forecast for the next day) and Melinda had arranged for a portable air conditioner in the living room. It helped to cool the common areas at least. - The grill was not functional when we were there, which was a bit of a monkey wrench in our 4th of July BBQ plans. Melinda arranged for another grill to be delivered that evening, but at that point, we had managed to pull it off with the stove and the oven. - The fourth bedroom is downstairs and below grade with only one small high window. At least it was cool down there! - We couldn't use the ping pong table because the net was broken, but at that point, I had enough of contacting Melinda about house issues.Overall, the house is really nice and Melinda was super-responsive to any of our issues.

Wonderful Ski House!

We had a great time at this house! We were two families of 4, each with two kids under 9. Kids had a great time playing with the games in the house, the ping pong table in the basement and felt like there was plenty of spaces for parents and kids to be in! Melinda was super communicative with any questions that came up. Location is great and the Club House Community Center is a great perk for post skiing or on those days you don't feel like getting on the mountain!

Perfect house for family trip.

This property was amazing. So much room with the 3 floors. All kitchen necessities were there. Pool, fuseball and ping pong table kept all of us entertained for hours. The fireplace kept us nice and warm. Just a note, the thermostat that keeps the living room at a good temp also heats up the bedrooms quite toasty. so you may want to keep the main floor bedroom doors open. Also, the basement bedroom is quite chilly but nothing a bunch a blankets couldnt solve. Its a quiet oasis so if you're looking for a bustling downtown outside, this place is not for you. But it was perfect for wholesome family time together. Would stay again and again. Loved it.
