The house is cozy, luxurious and modern, perfect for couples who want a refreshing getaway. Enjoy a rainfall shower experience in the spacious European style shower. Full Sized washer and dryer, linens, and kitchen necessities are provided. Complimentary bottled water and Keurig coffee and hot chocolate provided. Wifi is through StarLink and works good.

A Perfect Getaway

Outstanding property and customer service

We have stayed here previously and once again it was a great experience. It's nice and private, yet 20 minutes from a good size town in case you need something or forget something. Always a nice and relaxing atmosphere ,we would highly recommend to anyone that just wants to get away and enjoy time with their spouse. The courtyard is beautiful with the waterfall in the fire pit the hot tub is just spectacular and always enjoyable. And Mike and Elsie are top notch host always eager to take care of anything that may arise.

Best weekend get away

This is the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a rental property. The attention to detail was amazing and Mike, the owner of the property was a joy to work with. The property was everything and more. We will be staying here multiple times throughout the year.

Great romantic getaway

We loved this property, very clean and modern and the hot tub was great! Internet was too spotty to really watch anything but they warn about that in advance, and hey, we go someplace like this to disconnect anyway! Mirrors over the beds are kinda neat too 😉

Great getaway

Check in was no hassle and easier than anywhere I've stayed. We loved the location away from all things and the seclusion of the wall around the courtyard. The hit tub was terrific as was tge fireplace and waterfall. The only thing missing in the courtyard was a couple strategically placed speakers for some light music. Would definitely stay again.

Great modern space near the lake.

This property was an amazing weekend getaway. It’s far enough from Springfield that you don’t have the noise and lights of the city, but close enough that the drive to go shopping and eating aren’t too long. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested in a country/lake getaway.

Great for a quiet retreat

Very clean, well maintained place. The outdoor private hot tub was very nice. The perfect place to go if you just want a weekend away from everything.

Lovely Private Cabin

We had a really wonderful time here. We loved the "Baby Waterfall", it was so relaxing to see and hear the water flowing. Everything is just as advertised. Nice and clean. The owner was available and really helpful. Beds are so comfortable. AC works great! Great kitchen with all needed dishes and utensils. Watching the stars from the hot tub was just awesome. It's a very enjoyable place for a getaway! Thanks, Mike!

Absolutely enjoy this place. Peaceful and clean. Plenty of nature around. Definitely would stay again. Found it really hard to leave and go home. Manager let us be.

Awesome place awesome host

Peaceful enjoyable a great place to unwind Mike is an awesome host who is there if you need him. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for comfort peace and quiet and quite a bit of stargazing. The property is as represented in the photos. In fact we look forward to going back again. Honestly think we found our permanent vacation spot.!

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable place! My husband isn’t one to get overly excited about things like this but he’s already talking about making this stay a yearly thing. It was perfectly secluded, perfectly modern and sooooo relaxing! Already recommending to everyone we know!

Wonderful!

The property was very easy to find with Mike’s directions, very clean and well maintained. Mike was very responsive and gave a lot of helpful information in a message on the way down. Very peaceful and private and easy to relax. The only thing was due to the location of the property, the internet was too slow to stream any shows or movies. I would definitely love to come back!

Nice little spot!

The property is well kept and very nice. It is really small, but that was fine for what we wanted to do. One problem we encountered was the privacy wall. Our goal for the weekend was to be in the middle of nowhere, enjoying the beauty around us. The walls are so high and without windows you can’t see any of the property around you. Other than that it was a great little weekend getaway that we really enjoyed!
