This is a beautiful, studio size, attached apartment, combining the country living feel with easy access amenities. The kitchenette has a stove top, coffee maker (with coffee!) and toaster oven for guest use, and a washer and dryer are located within the unit for convenience and ease. There is a queen bed, perfect for two, and a futon and a memory foam, fold out ottoman for additional guests. The bathroom has a comfortable tub as well. Outdoors the property includes peaceful walking paths in a park-like setting. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We are perfectly located with easy access to beautiful shopping centers such as Kierland and The Scottsdale Quarter that are 20 minutes away and fun, country western shopping and eateries in Frontier Town/Cave Creek and Carefree just 15 minutes away! We are also within close proximity to seasonal special events including Barrett Jackson, Phoenix Open, and The Arabian Horse Show. Beautiful hiking in the surrounding areas as well!

We are also within 20 minutes of Mayo Clinic Hospital which means we are a great place for before, during, and after treatment and offer a quiet, relaxing place for healing and recovery.

Great stay

Everything we were hoping for! Our host was amazing, the place was super clean. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Phoenix!

nice quiet and felt safe perfect location for the events we were there to see place was clean and cozy and liked having the kitchen available especially for my morning coffee i would definitely bring my wife and baby to stay at the property if we wanted to getaway for a weekend

Hilary wonderfully helpful and wonderful to talk to!! All of our “tv” issues solved!! Our abode was perfect!! Clean! Well appointed!! Cozy! And in a perfect central location! Would recommend to all who want cozy and comfortable with beautiful surrounds!!

Wonderful space for a studio apartment. It’s decorated very cute and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a washer and dryer. It’s not totally updated but I have no complaints. The owner is fantastic.

Perfectly suitable

A very enjoyable place to stay for 1 or 2 people. We had 3 dogs, so it was a bit crowded. However, we had stayed there before, so we knew it would be a bit tight on space. Delightful location!

Multi-day stay

The apartment is super clean, the owner is really nice. There are cooking facilities but not an oven. There is a toaster oven and toaster and microwave as well as a cooktop. The backyard is a lovely desert scene.

Desert hideaway

Hilary pays so much attention to her desert landscaped property and her casita. I always enjoy staying here and chatting ! The casita envelopes you with safety and security as well as the location in the peace of the Sonoran desert!

Fantastic renting experience

Great space, the owner set the temp to what I asked for. Space was very clean, had everything that I needed, wifi was a bit weak, but still functional. Bed was a bit soft as was the couch, but more than adequate. Great stone floors and the backyard was perfect for watching the lunar eclipse. Owner is super nice and very engaging/ accommodating. Her response time when communicating was spot on. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends, when I do not plan to be there.

Perfectly suited for our needs

We booked this casita on short notice and were pleasantly surprised by both the accommodations and by the location. Its quiet location was just what we needed with our 3 dogs. Hillary was delightful and friendly. Highly recommended for a small family!

The casita is very comfortable and well-appointed to meet my needs. The owner is very nice and accomodating. The area is beautiful and quiet. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Studio with all amenities

We liked the location, very convenient to Carefree and Cave Creek in particular. Nice hostess, attentive to any needs you may have. Beautiful interesting property and neighborhood, we enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood.

Great secluded Casita in Scottsdale

With the exception of intermittent wifi and streaming signal for television reception, this little place was perfect for me and my wife. Hillary was a friendly and gracious hostess. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Private, comfy casita

The casita is attached to the garage, which separates it from the main house. Along with the private entrance, that provides a real sense of privacy. The space is tidy and comfortable.

We found the casita clean, quiet and safe. In the evening, we enjoyed playing cards on the outdoor patio and watching the birds.

Beautiful scenery

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The studio was great and Hilary's garden was beautiful. The cactus were blooming and the birds was in abundance to watch. The most beautiful sunsets. It was peaceful and quiet really night or day. Hilary was great. I'll be coming back to the area I can only hope that this will be available again when I come back. Thank you Hilary for a great first experience to Arizona. Wish we had more time to stay.

Lisa and her brother were absolute perfect guests. I enjoyed getting to know them. Very nice people, so clean and considerate! They left the place just as they found it, even making the bed and washing towels! I highly recommend them as guests and they are welcome back anytime. Thank you Lisa!
