Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with basic toiletries for the comfort of total of 4 guests (infants in addition of 4 are welcome).
A quiet 2nd floor unit with private, covered balcony offers views on the golf course (with a path great for walks and biking), and McDowell Mountain with breathtaking sunrises. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, many upscale stores and restaurants. Easy access to freeways and just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick Arena, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Kierland Commons and other activities/interests.

Beautiful - By the golf course

Very clean. Centrally located with grocery store, liquor store, Brew Pub and nice restaurants close by. Swimming pool and Hot Tub are a very short walk.

Excellent location and property manager!!

This is a beautiful condo in an excellent location… close to hiking, dining, and shopping! The golf course provided a very good location for walking/jogging. It was quiet and well maintained. Any concerns were quickly addressed by the property manager to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended!!

Met all expectations

This was our 4th stay in this complex, but the time first in this unit. Nice to be on the second floor overlooking the golf course (no traffic noise!). Unit was very clean, nicely equipped, and very comfortable. Had some minor problems with noise from adjoining units, but not too much more than what you'd expect in a shared wall condo complex. Host was very organized, and good to deal with. Would definitely consider staying here again.

3 Day Stay near Paradise Valley

Host was very accommodating and responsive. The place was quiet, clean, and nicely decorated. We were on town for a wedding, so we weren't in much, but the unit was well stocked. Nice place over-looking the greenbelt. Thanks Dana!

Great weekend!

Had a great time in AZ. The condo was wonderful….enjoy the sunrises in the balcony as well as pool time. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the location. Would use book here again.

Great stay!

This condo was among the best we have ever stayed. The location was great with shopping and restaurants nearby. Great amenities and the whole complex was well maintained. Our host, Dana, had anticipated everything we needed. We would definitely enjoy a return stay.

Girls weekend

The apartment was decorated beautifully and all amenities were available and easy to access. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would love to re-book if available

Awesome condo!

We were looking for a condo near Paradise Valley. This one had all we needed! It is in a quiet area very close to many restaurants and shops. The condo is exactly as shown and the hosts were available when needed.

March Get Away

Our stay was wonderful. Coffee on the deck overlooking the golf course every morning. Walking path to stores right in front of the building. Walking distance to Trader Joes, Whole Foods and several restaurants/pubs.

Wonderful condo and location!

We stayed here for our spring break vacation last week and couldn’t have been happier with this condo. It was super clean and modern yet cozy and had everything we could possibly need. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking the golf course and our kids loved the heated pool which we often had to ourselves. Location is 10/10. The complex itself is very quiet but it’s walking distance to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, etc. While in town, we went to a few parks, old town, a spring training game, and the aquarium and everything was only a 15-20 minute drive. The owner, Dana, was very nice and always responsive. We hope to stay here again soon!

Fabulous condo and cheerfully decorated

The property is well maintained and very cheerfully decorated. They have everything you would need for a relaxing and restful stay. It is wonderful to sit out on the patio and eat breakfast well watching the golfers. The hot tub and pool are nice to relax at. I would recommend it to anyone.

Winter Blues to Scottsdale Sunshine

We enjoyed our time in Paradise Valley / Scottsdale area. The condo is comfortable, well-furnished, and great location. Easily accessible to Scottsdale attractions and outlying areas. Dana’s is our friendly “Super Host” responds to questions or concerns in a timely manner. Dana’s detailed instructions pre and post stay check lists is helpful. Exactly as expected

This home was exactly as pictured. Very clean, cute, and had everything we needed. Dana was a pleasure during our interactions and responded very quickly. Check in and check out were seamless. Highly recommend!
