The panoramic views include both beautiful sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. Property details and amenities are designed for the discriminating renter looking for first class accommodations. Beautiful home, beautiful views!

What a beautiful lake home. The decor was perfect & gave lake vibes even though we visited when it was a little cool to enjoy the lake. The home has everything we needed, clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again & would purchase this home if it were listed!

Enjoyed our weekend away!

We had a couples weekend where we wanted to do some boating, watch football, hot tub in the mornings and this met all those needs! Plenty of space, minutes from marinas, and overall would rent again! Thank you for sharing your home!

Fantastic house

The owner has done a spectacular job.. great attention to detail! All of the guest amenities were perfect. Love the kitchen/dining/living room areas. We are discussing next year's trip, where we may want to include chidren & grandchildren Lots of outdoor deck sitting/entertaining areas.. comfortable furniture, outdoor fireplace with a large screen tv, grill etc. large hottub. The boat house is was a nice addition, as we had our 22’ boat docked there. We’ll definitely plan to return

Perfect Getaway

The listing name is 100% accurate. This is the best house on the lake. It has such a home away from home feel with all of the necessities. We came after a big storm and didn’t have any power which no one could have prevented. The host was great at communicating and keeping us informed. We will stay here every time we come to Norris Lake. 10000/10 rating!

Lake getaway

The house is beautiful with plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Love how it is decorated and the kitchen island is so cool. The views of the mountains and Norris Lake are amazing. I would recommend this place and get a boat to see more of the lake.

Relaxed Norris Lake Vacation

Property is wonderful. Clean, spacious, well appointed amenities. Loved the dock and the lift for our boat! We are ready to book for 2024 and would definitely recommend.

The house and property are both amazing. Lots of space, and the double deck porches are awesome. Perfect place for a lake retreat! Communication with the host is very good. We definitiely will be coming back!

This truly is one of the best houses on the lake!

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great time! The house and property are great, and the views of the lake and surrounding mountains are beautiful. Steve was very responsive and even had the home decorated for Christmas which my grandchildren loved. The home had all the amenities listed. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend and would highly recommend this property.

Family vacay

We had the BEST week in the most beautiful lake house ever! The layout was perfect for our family of 13! From the incredible views, the huge kitchen, the comfy beds and the coolest boat dock on Norris! We brought our boat and jet ski with us and it was so nice to have access to the boat lift and a place to dock our jet ski. We’re already looking to book this one again for next summer!

BEAUTIFUL VIEW

This place has the most amazing views! The property was well stocked with everything we needed. Enough refrigerator room for our entire group, comfy beds, and a kitchen I loved cooking in on vacation. The hot tub and fireplace got alot of use as it was COLD this March trip to Tennessee. I can see this place being a fishing/boating families dream in the heart of the summer!

Family vacation

This property was just as described. It was gorgeous, spacious, and perfect for our vacation. I had even told the owner my daughter’s boyfriend planned to propose since the pics looked so ideallic and they had champagne on ice for us upon arrival. It’s the small touches that make all the difference! The outdoor space is UNBELIEVABLY beautiful and where we spent most of our time. There are so many different living spaces we never felt cramped. We would stay here again. And again and again.

Best house we've rented on Lake Norris

what a great property,.. the home is perfect for entertaining or just enjoying the view. The sunsets at night from the dock or deck are just fantastic. Great, easy communication with Steve everyone of the way and goes beyond to make sure everything is as it should be,... PERFECT. Love this place and thanks for letting us borrow it a couple times a year.

Christmas family reunion

We rented this property December 26-January 2. This property is beautiful, amazing views and so peaceful! Our family of 14 had a time we will always remember! Another plus was that extended family rented the house next door so our Christmas family reunion was perfect. We loved that Steve (owner) had Christmas lights all over the deck and a Christmas tree. We sat out at night by the fireplace and it was magical!

Wonderful Outdoor Space

The outdoor space is perfect. We spent the majority of our time outside even when it was raining. There's a nice lounge area with a TV and a nice big table to gather everyone around. On the 2nd floor there are many outdoor activities for the kids. This home is equipped with a full kitchen. We enjoyed having 2 refrigerators. We would recommend adding a Blackstone to the outdoor space. This was an item we missed having at the lake. A Blackstone grill is great for cooking breakfast and Hibachi outside. The property manager was very responsive. So much better than our experience at a different property last year. We struggled a little bit navigating the boat into the dock because the house /dock is in an open channel with steady boat traffic. We took it slow and took our time and it was fine. The driveway is tricky but most driveways at the lake are very steep. This isn't something that would deter us from renting this property again. Overall we would highly recommend this property. It felt like home.

Beautiful Lake House w/ stunning view and fish social distancing 😀

No detail was left out in this stunning property on the mountain side of Norris Lake. Clean sweep on 5-star ratings. No photo shop here. What you see in pictures and details of property is what you get. The property is beautiful, clean and great place to relax, unwind and enjoy all the elements of the great outdoors. Great location with two marinas only a short 10 minute ride from property. I would certainly encourage you to rent boat or wave runners if you don’t own to explore tranquil Lake Norris. Owner is a class act and great experience from beginning to end. Ours was a short trip from Ohio to enjoy and it exceeded our expectations! A must do again with our family! All jokes aside with fish social distancing... Do your homework first with fishing on Lake Norris! We didn’t and NOT one bite 🤪. That’s ok. We enjoyed both swimming and water toys.

Worth the Effort!

We had a great experience with this property and enjoyed our stay. Steve was very responsive to any questions we had and provided tips about locals. We stayed in the winter so we didn't enjoy lake activities like others do, but it was a great long weekend getaway with the hot tub, games, large kitchen to cook in, and just some R&R. The only complaints we had were really due to us not doing enough research. This house was 20 minutes off the main road on twisty and winding back roads, which we didn't realize. It definitely provides a lot of privacy when you're there, just be aware that any supply trips will take up some significant time, so plan accordingly. This may not be an issue in the summer if you bring a boat and can get to a marina by water. The other issue to be aware of, and again we just didn't do our research, was that the lake levels on Big Creek drop significantly in the winter. It seemed like a 10-15 foot drop, which meant that getting down to the dock was a very steep walk down the normally underwater path to the dock. Again - summertime visitors won't struggle with this when the lake level is up, but if you plan to visit in the winter just be aware. The two minor quibbles aside, we would visit again and would recommend the property to others, It was well-kept, clean, and well-stocked. The owner is a great host and will ensure you enjoy your visit while you're there. Don't hesitate to give this a try!

My wife Suzie, and I, live in Bellbrook, Ohio, just south of Dayton. We have owned a pretty awesome Irish Pub, called The Dublin Pub, for the last 27 years (as of 2025). We pride ourselves in customer service in our restaurant, just as we do with the guests in our house. Many of our previous guests have become friends.

We began coming to Norris in 2016 and fell in love. We purchased our house in 2019. We LOVE the view of the lake, the sunsets, gathering with friends, boating, tubing, and marina hopping. We also love just hanging out at the house and relaxing in the HOT TUB. Our home is your home.

There is plenty of space to spread out. What makes our property so unique is honestly the massive decks. We have over 2000 square feet of deck on two levels, and it is all covered. Even in the rain, you can hang out outside, by the fireplace, watching TV, or dining with family and friends. It also helps that we have 2 bars, 4 ice machines, a gourmet kitchen which overlooks the lake and a HOT TUB.
