Laundry on premises. Enjoy the casino like game room with pool table, poker, craps, backgammon, chess tables and board games. Relax in this very private setting. Renew your energy, cook outdoors, pass time around the outdoor fire place and fire pit. Completely private, serene and comfortable. Only 20 minutes to Washington, DC, 30 Minutes to Baltimore and 10 Minutes to Annapolis. Oversized TV in the family room. Outside oasis

Veronica was very responsive to any requests or questions. My friends and I spent most of our time by the pool. It was magnificent and very relaxing.

Chuffed to bits!

Victoria’s home was exactly as advertised. We were a bit hesitant to have the owner on the premises but it worked out perfectly. She was invisible and responsive at the same time. When we needed her for minor requests, she was responsive in a timely manner. The grounds of the property were the highlight with walking trails, heated pool and jacuzzi (for a small fee). The grounds included numerous gathering spots, a basketball court and trampoline.

Beautiful pool and outdoor area

Our family really enjoyed our stayed in Davidsonville. The house was very clean, although a little dated. The pool and outdoor kitchen area was wonderful. The house is in a very secluded area so it was very peaceful and relaxing by the pool. We enjoyed making homemade pizza in the outdoor pizza oven. Veronica was very friendly and helpful. She lives in a completely separate but lower section of the house so she was readily available for any questions/issues that came up. The house is close to Annapolis which was a nice town to visit.

Beautiful, Luxury home in Davidsonville

We had a great time in the spacious home and pool in Davidsonville (near Annapolis) with family. We had all amenities we needed for a great time and a wonderful home owner nearby that is so nice and helpful. Excellent home for family and friends.

Beautiful Home in a very private location

Beautiful home in a very private location. The photos are accurate, the outdoor living space is amazing and huge! Everything was very clean inside and out including the pool which must take a lot of work because it is surrounded by big mature trees. Everything was excellent!

Vacation in Davidsonville

We had a wonderful time at Veronica’s property in Davidsonville. The house is very spacious, surrounded by trees and very private. We spent our days and nights by the pool and jacuzzi. Also, during the nights we sat by the fireplace to relaxed. On some evenings we cooked in the patio kitchen, on others inside the house using the chef well appointed kitchen. During our last night, we ordered food, which was fairly easy given the house proximity to restaurants. Finally, Veronica was very attentive with all us. We look forward staying at the house again next summer.

The perfect four day getaway

I wanted to do something relaxing with the kids, we are only an hour away form Annapolis but we wanted a change of pace. It was a perfect four day break from the everyday. We spent almost all day in the pool and hot tub. We kept both heated all day and night for a small fee, and so even when temperatures went down, we were able to enjoy the pool, so perfect, which included a resort-like shallow area with lounge chairs in the water. Amazing. Not to mention the gas torches we lit in the evening, and the full outdoor kitchen—we cooked steaks and chicken and made frozen pizza in the outdoor pizza oven. The game room kept us busy in between and at night. The pool table was in good condition—a little tight to make the shots from the side, we didn’t play craps or blackjack, but it’s all there for those who want it. A local farm around the corner where we bought watermelon. 25 minutes to downtown Annapolis. It was a full four days of relaxation and solid outdoor time. Very enjoyable. As others have mentioned, Veronica is on site so you have to be open to that. Personally, I loved having Veronica on site. She was the warmest kindest person, understood we wanted our privacy, yet asked if we wanted anything when going to Costco. Who does that? Very sweet. Veronica is lovely and the house was a wonderful retreat and getaway.

Check in and check out was very convenient. The outdoor area was amazing! We had a lot of fun swimming and there was many features such as sprinklers, jacuzzi, sauna. It was a great time here, thanks Veronica!

Great Summer Relaxation Spot

Our 2nd trip to Veronica's property and it was wonderful. Was able to bring our kids w/ their 10 month-old baby this year. Pool and outdoor space worked great! Indoor spaces also. Veronica is a great host!

Our stay was pleasant despite the fact that the one of the air conditioner units wasn’t working. Fortunately for us, we spent our most of our time in Annapolis and our only time at the house was in the mornings until 10AM and evenings after 8PM. Veronica did her best to attempt to make our stay more comfortable. She even brought in a temporary AC unit to cool only the family room although the kitchen and dining areas were unbearably hot (above 85’F). Unfortunately for us, her new AC unit was being installed on the day we checked out. We rent VRBO homes all the time and we were disappointed in this home to not to find any coffee/tea along side the hidden coffee maker. As a rental property manager myself, I always supply my guests with coffee/tea/creamers/sweeteners, bottled waters etc along with a vanity kit of shampoo/conditioner/body-wash/lotion which is enough to get a guest started until they make it to the grocery store. My guests even receive a wine basket with goodies. Please make sure that you come prepared to this home. The outdoor area is a lovely area to entertain complete with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, fountain and sauna. The kids enjoyed the pool although they were chased out by hornets. They ended up playing billiards in the game room in-between stomping on the ants at the threshold and windowsill. Veronica planned on taking care of the ants with a gel of some sort, but I think the black pepper I put down helped kill most of them before she got to them. The home is nice with a lot of eye-candy however, it is dated. While Veronica was lovely, and quick to respond to any issues or inquiries, we were not comfortable having the owner reside on the lower (basement) level nor seeing her about the front yard walking her sweet dog or watering her garden out back.

Resort like vacation

The outdoor amenities are to die for. Everything is beautifully designed and authentic. We particularly loved the pool and fireplace, but the outdoor kitchen is amazing for visitors who might want to cook outdoors. Veronica is on site and communication is easy. We did need to ask for several things that we expected to find in the house, but she provided them promptly. And she needed to turn on and off several features of the outdoor environment, like pool lights and the hot tub (which is too loud to use anyway) but again, communication wasn't a problem. We didn't even use half the amenities there are so many. The house is spacious with lots of spaces to congregate, most notably a large living room with large TV and a game room with pool table, and Las Vegas like tables. There is almost too much space for 6 people. The kitchen is grand and comfortable. The house is in a neighborhood, so proximity to other places is by car only. On the downside, everyday there were workmen there at some point that made using the outdoors a little uncomfortable during that time. This listing can be a destination in itself, particularly for a family reuniting on an annual basis.

Great Getaway

We needed a break from working at home 24/7 and somewhere we would could relax yet remain socially distanced. This home was the perfect haven for that. The pool area was gorgeous and made us feel like we were on a European resort vacation. The property is located in a very quiet and secluded area yet close enough to many restaurants and shops. Also, Veronica was an excellent host and was happy to answer any questions we had. She also showed us all of the cool features the property has to offer. Such as the outdoor gourmet kitchen, sauna, outdoor fireplace, heated and lighted pool and jacuzzi, and gas tiki torches that surrounded the pool area. This place is absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back!

Great weekend getaway

We stayed at Veronica's for a fantastic long weekend. The outdoor area was amazing and perfect for our group to relax and have some great pool time, Veronica was very attentive and quickly answered any questions or needs we had. Would absolutely return!

Enjoyed having a change of scenery during coronavirus

Great to have a pool for the kids as a change of scenery. Owner is very interested in knowing if her guests need anything. However, there were a number of times when we needed things to be addressed. She is very nice, and very available, but you will interact with her frequently. For example, whenever you want to use the pool's hot tub you'll have to ask her to turn it on from somewhere inside her part of the house. Know that the owner lives on the first floor of this house. You will encounter her daily regardless as she waters the many potted plants around the outside of the house or asks if you need something. Check in and check out was very convenient.

Beautiful oasis for a relaxing getaway

My husband and two small children had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. We felt like we were staying at an Italian villa. Lots of attention to detail and hard work went into to maintaining the property. We spent a week in the pool and grilled in the outdoor kitchen. Had s’mores by the outdoor fireplace. Kids loved the game room. Veronica was a very gracious host. She vacuumed the pool every morning and was able to answer any questions we had on the spot. Only downside was that there was a landscaping crew there every day working on projects around the property. So didn’t feel as private or quiet at times. But it didn’t affect our enjoyment, we were able to maximize our vacation with a much needed getaway. Looking forward to returning next year.

Beyond perfect, a Palace fit for royalty.

The only thing we needed more of was TIME. There are more outside areas to eat a meal or snack or a camp-fire with s’mores that you will run out of time before you can enjoy them all (even after 4 days). Our family of 5 had no reason to leave the property. Every accommodation was not only provided for but owner ensured access to their amazing Space. On par with a world class resort or SPA. When not in the pool, the family enjoyed use of selection of board games for all ages, Card and table games (even a craps table), as well as full slate pool table. You will not be board trying to relax. As advertised. Great time. Will return.

Great location, outdoor space can’t be beat

Visited with my family for an extended weekend. The town of Davidson Was a nice surprise. There are grocery stores a few minutes away and delicious local food also very close by... seafood and bbq. Veronica is a very engaging host and was very present in case of any small issue but not obtrusive. The house is a bit dated and looks more aged compared to the photos but has a nice layout and you can tell she puts a lot of TLC into the home. The reason to go is really for the outdoor space which is so well maintained and is so peaceful with all the water features and beautiful crystal clear pool. There’s an outdoor kitchen which we didn’t utilize. The house would lend itself to a nice gathering for adults and older children.
