We really enjoyed Thomasina’s beautiful waterfront cottage! The view was lovely, the location accessible to all restaurants, and we enjoyed playing in the water. Everything we needed was there and well labeled.

This is a lovely home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the home was clean and efficiently decorated and furnished. A few low-light lamps would be great in the family room, but other than that, it was GREAT! We appreciated the bug spray, as the mosquitoes can get a bit much there at the door. We LOVED the view from the home, and the waves sounding on the seawall were FANTASTIC! Will definitely return.

The family room includes a modern lamp with a built‑in touch dimmer, allowing guests to adjust the brightness directly on the lamp or by using the remote control located next to the chair. The second lighting option is the ceiling‑fan light, which is also operated by a remote control as noted in the check‑in instructions. Like the lamp, this light can be dimmed or brightened to suit guest preferences. All remotes are clearly labeled for guest convenience—an added feature many guests appreciate. This Host always welcomes questions of any kind, even if it's as simple as locating the lamp’s touch control or operating the dimmer buttons on the remote.

Beautiful property. Very clean with all the conveniences. Hosts have literally thought of everything...from sunscreen and bug spray to cell phone chargers and extension cords. Lots of comfortable seating indoors and outdoors. It was perfect for our small team retreat!

This is a great spot. The amenities are exactly as advertised. If you love the soothing sound of waves hitting the shore then this is the place to stay. The host is wonderful and very responsive. We will be back!

The place was so clean and so effectively supplied with all needs. Very kid friendly and with beautiful ocean view. I am used to sandy beaches and this one is sandy but as u get in, it is muddy sand-so if u are hypersensitive or specific to how u like the feel of the sand bring water shoes. They had everything. Water toys, paddle boarding was a success. I loved this place, the kids had a blast. Tons of puzzles and board games. Rain or shine u will have a blast. I can keep going on and on. One thing that bothered me was the deposit for accidentals-it is refundable but it’s a lot. I guess they have their reasons. I can see how the low rental price can attract not so nice people.

Cozy Indeed

Our family came for a visit to the Naval Academy. House was clean and in a good location. The bedrooms are pretty small, so it was a little tight for the six of us, but it was comfortable enough. Nice view of the sunrise from the porch.
