Beautiful 2nd floor duplex located 2.5 short blocks from the beach.
Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and open street parking.
Fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen, wifi, central air conditioning.
One well trained dog is permitted to join you on your stay.
All summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Just bring your sheets, towels, and beach chairs.
Rental includes 6 beach tags.
We have 2 outdoor security cameras, 1 at the top of the steps and 1 on the front porch.

There is an outside shower to rinse off after the beach.
Sit outside on the spacious front deck for happy hour and enjoy outdoor seating for dinner with a gas bbq grill on the deck.
Other things to note
Off season rentals can be accommodated for less than 7 days.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we knew we would need plus several thoughtful extras we didn’t even realize we would want.The upper balcony was one of our favorite spots, especially for relaxing outside in the evenings. The location was also very convenient, with the beach just a short walk away and a few restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Having a playground nearby was another nice bonus for our family.Overall, this was a wonderful place for a family stay, and we would happily stay here again.

Katie was amazing and her house was perfect for our family! Smooth check in and she was super responsive for everything we needed and beyond. Would absolutely stay here again if we’re in town.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was so cute and cozy, with everything we needed for a beach getaway. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet still peaceful and comfortable. Honestly, we have nothing to complain about and would happily stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Sea Isle City

This was our second summer staying at this beautiful property. Spacious, nicely renovated, and a short walk to the beach. We couldn’t ask for anything more!

July Stay

What a great place! Plenty of room for our entire family (including our dog which was a major perk!). Had everything we needed and was decorated so nice. Already recommended it to our friends for next summer!!!

Weekend getaway

We had a great President’s day weekend! The place was clean, comfortable and beyond spacious an amazing beach house. Lola our mini golden doodle had the best time being included. Katie was a great host from the confirmation till the check out and has put a lot of attention to the details in the property. I can’t wait to visit again in the summer or fall when I can find availability,!

Amazing, convenient, clean shore stay!

This place has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Large kitchen and living room, huge balcony to enjoy hanging out in the evening, plenty of beds. We didn't use it, but the office is amazing if you need to remote work (docking station with dual monitors, tv and mini-fridge in the room). TVs in every room and the A/C was great. Katie, our host, was SUPER-responsive to any questions or comments. Totally recommended and definitely will stay again if we can. A+++

Great week in Sea Isle

We had a great stay at Katie’s place. When we arrived we noticed the cleaners had not been there. Katie was on it immediately and cleaners came within an hour. Katie is a wonderful Vrbo host. Although it is one floor, this house is much larger than it seems. Neighbors below own there property but were very friendly which always makes things easier. Would def. return to this lovely home!!

Fantastic All Around!

I can't say enough about this property. The pictures are amazing but still don't do it justice. It's deceiving from the outside! My family and I, along with our puppy, spent a long Memorial Day weekend here. The location is perfect! Close enough to walk to everything but far enough away from the hustle & Bustle and noise. Katie was quick to respond and reached out to make sure we were enjoying the stay. The bedrooms are so spacious and the beds super comfy. The extra office space is really a second living room! Came in really handy when our family wanted to spread out. So many little extras were much appreciated and saved us from running to the store. Even provided some extra dog supplies! We love our stay and will definitely be renting again.

We had a wonderful time at this property in SIC. It was comfortable and convenient. The layout is perfect because there is space to spend time together but plenty of rooms where people can still have privacy. We loved that we could bring our dog, and she enjoyed her vacation, too! The host quickly responded to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

What a great find. This was my first experience with on-line rentals and it could not have gone better. We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was clean and spacious, everything was in working order, it was in a great spot off of a great beach and for Sea Isle City, the neighborhood was very quiet overall. I would highly recommend this house. Katie was very responsive, even after we (I) left one or two things behind, and she managed to get the cleaners in early for us as we had a wedding that weekend and were forced to hang out a bit until the doors were open. My family is already talking about hopefully renting again.
