5br Convenient 43rd St Location - Pet Friendly

Five bedroom/three bathroom townhouse in a very convenient location. Just park your car and walk to the beach, promenade, fish alley and all the best that the center of Sea Isle has to offer. This Welsh built home has been freshly painted throughout, has Central air, an outside shower, gas grill, garage and off street parking. The first floor features two bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry room. First bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom/twin on top) and the second bedroom has a queen bed with deck access. Second floor has a huge family room with new couches, upgraded kitchen with center island and granite counters and front deck access. The second floor also has a full bathroom, one bedroom with a King bed and a rear deck. The Third floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom with a queen bed and a deck, and the other bedroom with two bunk beds along with a single trundle underneath. Wall mounted televisions with cable in every room. The use of 10 beach badges are provided as a convenience as well use of beach wonder cart and wagon to carry beach items. There are also bikes (4 - 26 Inch and 2 smaller bikes) as well as a second refrigerator and a bar in the garage.

Perfect location. The house is very clean and layout was great. We decided to spend Easter away this year. It was my wife, two daughters, and our dog and it was a great holiday.

I always love staying at this home. The location is the best- easy to walk to the beach, playground, restaurants, shopping. My family and friends rave about the house and want to go back all the time.

We very much enjoyed our time here. The house is amazing with really anything you need for a great time at the shore! The location is fantastic and a short walk to anything you could possibly want! We look forward to our next stay!

This house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We came in for a family wedding but would stay here again for vacation. Loved the set up of the bedrooms and bathrooms and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group getting ready for 2 formal events! Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Spot!

This place was perfect for our wedding weekend stay. It was just a short walk to the beach and the bars, very comfortable, and had the amenities that we needed. The owner is also friendly and provided any information we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location, great property

A group of friends and I stayed in the off season for a board game weekend. John was a great host, the location of the property was perfect and the house itself was lovely.
