"Lazy Day" - Beach Paradise w/Pool, 2 min walk to beach!

Enjoy a "Lazy Day" on Lazy Way! This gorgeous newer construction home is located mid-island in a quiet neighborhood. With its own private salt water pool, it's also just a 2 minute walk to the beach from access point #15 on Sterling Ave.

Professionally decorated with high-quality classic beach style furnishings, this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home sleeps 8. Master bedroom is equipped with a king, 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom contains 2 twin beds. A queen blow-up mattress also available. Each bedroom has its own television. The spacious open living room has a large screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy views of the canal from the screened-in porch and cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen. Free high-speed WiFi and cable service also provided.

Catch the Trolley right on Estero Blvd. to enjoy all the island has to offer. You'll find plenty of restaurants and shopping, a movie theater, Publix grocery, and more! Visit Santini Marina Plaza or Snook Brite Marina where you can rent a boat, take dolphin tours, or get fishing bait.

Best of all, the beach is just ~800 feet away, a short walk to beach access point #15 off Sterling Ave. This is one of the most scenic and desirable access points leading to white sand where you can relax and enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

Starter soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels are provided, as well as an outdoor grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a beach wagon.

This home is pet friendly. Dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis with an additional $200 pet fee.

Quiet and relaxing get away.

Trip was one of the best. Property was clean and very well maintained. Back patio and pool area were the best! 1-2 minute walk to a non crowded clean beach. Deck overlooking the bay with table and chairs. Booking was simple and everyone was very helpful, above and beyond.

Perfect beach house!

This property was perfect! Very clean and everything you could need was available. Beach access was so easy and the pool was an oasis. I would definitely recommend this rental and would love to come back again! The people in the neighborhood were friendly and there was so much to do on this island. Great vacation!

We loved this property and enjoyed our time here. We made some great memories! We grilled, swam and enjoyed the closeness of the beach. Especially to watch the beautiful sunsets every evening.

Great place!

Beautiful house, loved the pool and really close to the beach. Rented bikes and rode them all over the island. Also really close to Publix Supermarket. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice updated home.

We had a great week stay here in April. House was very nice and updated. Pool was perfect for our family. Deep enough on one half for our 7 year old and the shallow side was very nice for our 2 year old that celebrated his birthday here. Location was great. Maybe a block and a half to the beach. Also had numerous sand and pool toys.

Geving family vacation 2022

The property was amazing and very comfortable. It is clean and the beds are great. We walked to the beach easily. Publix is a short drive away. My kids walked there as well. We would definitely stay there again. Jerry was available if we needed him. Thank you for a great week.

Great Rental !

The house was a perfect fit our family. The main living area has a nice open layout with everything, including the bedrooms and baths being spacious and well maintained. Location was great with a short walk to the beach and Publix. The private pool was a great bonus with the grandkids !

This house was true to its description. We were able to check in early and the house was clean. Walk to beach was just down the block. Caretaker was easy to get in touch with. We enjoyed our stay and would return!

Lazy Way Delight

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks over Christmas in this beautiful home, very close walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Owner easy to contact as is property manager who is very kind. Home is as advertised, nicely decorated and stocked. Plenty of beach and pool accessories. Pool is warm and so entertaining. Large grill with plenty of backup propane. They allowed us early check-in and 2 dogs. Really, a delightful holiday. Will rent again!

Great House, Greater Location!

This house has everything you need and was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 little ones and located on the quieter end of FMB. Access point 15 is just a brief 3 minute walk, the beach here is beautiful. Jerry, who helps oversee the house, was very pleasant and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, beautiful home!

Great vacation. 2 min walk to beach. Beautiful house and decor, and private pool. Exactly like pictures. Great communication between owner and management. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Vacation

It was so nice to be able to take a vacation that was easy- the beach is a short 2-3 minute walk with a pool onsite. There was an in area contact in case we needed anything, who was also helpful during our stay.

GREAT family getaway!

The house was beautiful, clean and very well equipped! Looked just like the pictures! We had so much fun being able to take a short walk to the beach then enjoy the pool later in the day and evening. The grocery store was close, too. The only downfall was not being able to walk to Times Square & the latest trolley left from downtown at 7:30. But that was not a deal breaker by any means! Wonderful place and we worked with Peggy, who was extremely nice and accommodating! Definitely recommend!

Son’s birthday at the beach.

We booked this property to celebrate our son’s birthday at the beach. This house is beautifully decorated, it has all of the amenities and comfort you need for a relaxing time at the beach. The kids and I enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. The beach is just a short stroll away. We were very pleased with the house, the location and the prompt response of the property managers. Fort Myers is a wonderful place to vacation and the location of the house (mid-island) is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet beach. Kids rode their bikes to town which is only 3 miles from the house.

Excellent location and great place for families!

We had a great time staying for a week with our 3 kids(5, 7 & 8). Property was clean and well stocked with towels, tons of kitchen items, and all the beach gear one could need. Access to the pool area on the ground level a floor below the living area is through a locked door which was comforting with kids. Pool area was nice and we often hung at the pool for one part of day and the beach for the other. It's Florida so there are bugs...don't forget your spray. Us adults got bit up pretty bad. Also be sure to download the trolley app as it has the most accurate times. The trolley was a good way to get into town. Overall we really enjoyed our time at this property. Highly recommend!

Top Notch Vacation Home

Our family completely enjoyed our stay here. The house was just as shown on-line. We especially liked the backyard privacy and 3 minute walk to the beach. We were glad to be a little bit away from the center of Fort Myers beach hustle and bustle yet could easily walk or a short drive to all the fun spots! Having the master bedroom separated from the other two was also very nice. We would definitely recommend this home.
