Rooms were clean, was pet friendly and hottub was nice, pool was a bit cold but refreshing

Great house on a canal. Pool is big and hot tub is nice. Outdoor TV also a plus. Very Clean.

Everything was perfect. Our family loved everything at this location. Pool area was really nice and having the outdoor TV was great for our daughter and our grand kids. 100% satisfaction!!

Summer get away

The house was in a perfect location and had everything you needed for the beach. The neighbors were amazing. Home owners take pride in their home. We would definitely stay there again.

Modern and clean house in a safe neighborhood with excellent WiFi. The check-in was smooth and the host was accessible and friendly. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils/pots/pans and the appliances were very nice. The patio is very large with a nice tv for viewing. The pool was well maintained but the hot tub did not get as hot as we’d like (might be a Florida thing). The master suite was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. Grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. Sanibel Island was only a short 20 minute drive. I would recommend staying at this property.

It was a nice place, but with all the storms the electric kept goin off and then a transformer blew.

I would rent it again.

The Cape Escape

In 10+ years staying at VRBO properties in SW Florida, this one ranks among the best. The house has a great layout for 6 people. The pool, kayaks, and bikes were great to have. The house is located just a short drive from shopping, the beaches of Sanibel and Ft. Myers beach, and great restaurants.

Sun and fun

Great property, clean and enjoyable stay. Pool has max temp pf 78degrees, people should know that ahead of time, too cold if the outside temps ate cool! Hot tub was great! Short boat ride to the caloosahatchee and gulf.

Family 50th Fav

My husband chose to go to Cape Coral for his 50th birth day. We used to live there so it’s a special place. The house was exactly as described, it had all the amenities that we needed. The big kids used the kayaks and everyone enjoyed the bikes. The Versailles house was centrally located. A short limo ride to Fort Myers Beach for dinner one night. One day we took a short drive over the bridge to Deep Lagoon. That’s where we boarded a beautiful yacht for the day. The Versailles is the perfect distance to walk or bike to downtown Cape Coral. The boys golfed at three different golf courses all within 30 minutes of our stay.We definitely will be back and recommend The Versailles!
