We had a wonderful stay at this condo during our family summer vacation! The condo was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessaries, which made preparing meals easy, and the comfortable living area gave us plenty of space to relax after long days at the beach. The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. Our family made some great memories here, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway.

This condo was AMAZING !! It was right on the beach and convenient to all the restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again and I plan to. Highly recommend it.

Perfect place for a getaway

Our family had a wonderful time here! Plenty to do nearby and the home was beautiful and spacious for our whole family! We loved being so close to the beach :)

We had an amazing stay. Everything was extremely comfortable and the size of the condo was great for 5. The master bath shower could have used a good scrubbing, but other than that we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to relax!

This was a great location! We loved being on the beach and having great access to the pool too. And having the patio was perfect!

Great condo on the beach!

We had a great stay at Shoalwater condos! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s just a short walk out to the beach and the pool area is very nice. Would stay here again.

Great location! Easy access to pool and beach. Nice to have access to indoor pool as well. Quick communication from company and condo described accurately. Just wish there was more seating in living room area for everyone.

Excellent house for large family

The property was incredible. So many little touches made our stay with 18 family members so enjoyable. Highly recommend this property.

Great condo!

Wonderful, cute little condo. Perfect for what we needed as a family with two young kids. Location and beach access was amazing. Condo was clean, well cared for and had everything we needed. We would rent it again!

We loved our stay

Our stay was really awesome. We didn’t spend much time in the condo but it was great for when we needed to be in it to sleep. It accommodated our entirely family and enjoyed the view. It was absolutely beautiful! The property manager was amazing and we were able to communicate with them through our entire stay and they were extremely helpful.

GREAT Tine in a GREAT Space.

My wife and I and 2 children with their two children each had an incredible vacation together. This was a great vacation home. Family is what it's all about.

Awesome Getaway

Condo was phenomenal ! Great location for OB or Gulf Shores. Clean condo with plenty of room. My kids loved the bunk beds. Would defiantly stay here again!

Unfortunately, our experience with this rental company was extremely frustrating from the beginning. We originally booked Shoalwater 204. In August, we were notified that the condo would be under construction, so our reservation was moved to Pelican 303. Then, just 15 minutes before we were supposed to arrive, we were called and told that Pelican 303 was no longer available. We were then given the option to go back to Shoalwater 204 or stay in a different condo on the 6th floor of Pelican.We ended up back in Shoalwater 204, the exact condo we had originally been told we could no longer stay in because of construction. After being moved around and having our accommodations changed at the very last minute, we expected some type of compensation or discount for the inconvenience. Nothing was offered. Unfortunately, things got even worse. Five days into our stay, we found a live roach in the bathroom. We immediately contacted the rental company and provided picture proof of the roach to address the situation and requested compensation given everything that had happened throughout the reservation. We still have received no response to our request. Vacation rentals are expensive, and guests should be able to expect clean, properly maintained accommodations and reliable communication from the company they are paying. I would strongly suggest the company its communication and handle situations better when they arise.

The condo was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was pretty well stocked except for several essentials: can opener, measuring cups and measuring spoons.

Great Condo in a Great location.

Located right in the middle of Orange Beach. Very clean and updated. Passcode entry with daily text communications from management for questions. Also very convenient to the beach, since it's only on the second floor. We had a great time.

Nice condo

Condo was nice and clean! Our condo was on 2 floor so close to pool and boardwalk to the beach ! The only drawback was we couldn’t get in until 4 on day of arrival but the check-in and out process was very smooth ! I would go back again !
