In the Primary suite, you'll find a comfortable King bed, a Roku Smart TV for entertainment, and balcony access to enjoy the beautiful views. The suite's private bathroom is equipped with a modern, tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom is cozy and inviting, featuring a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for additional guests or children, with two new Twin over Twin bunk beds. Both guest rooms are fitted with Roku Smart TVs, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.

The living space is designed for relaxation and socializing, with a brand new sofa sleeper couch that expands the accommodation capacity to 10 people. The living room is home to a 55-inch Roku Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Tiled floors throughout the condo add a touch of elegance and ease of maintenance.

The kitchen in this condo is fully equipped, including modern amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker, making it a breeze to prepare meals and entertain. Additionally, the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
