This recently renovated property boasts fantastic upgrades, including wood/tile flooring throughout! The open-concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The main level of the condo features a large living area with a flat-screen TV and access to a private patio with lagoon views. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counter tops.

The first level features a bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. This stunning bathroom has been renovated with beautiful tile work and a large walk-in shower.

The second level features the remaining two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The other features a double bed, a twin bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.

Springwood Villas is located just a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Visitors to the complex have access to a complex pool as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disappointed there was not even a salt shaker there or extra garbage bags. Also in the laundry room there was a note about there being coolers and beach chairs and there were none.

Too many stairs

Stair up to the townhome, stairs in the townhome. Stairs too the pool. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. It was just too much for my knees.

Beach Condo

The location was great- a 10 min walk to the beach. The floors were a bit sandy on arrival- management took care of it the next morning. There were a few general maintenance issues (clogged drains, lights, etc), which we reported at check out.

Great house. Great location

House was very clean and exactly as described. Good sized kitchen w/Keurig, tea kettle, dishes and basic cooking utensils. Big table and family gathering space with books and games Nice deck overlooking lagoon and wildlife. Pool was a short walk down a spiral staircase & behind a couple of buildings. Gate across from unit lead out of the complex with Low Country Park just across the road and beach a short walk. Trolley stop on corner. Some beach towels, coolers and chairs for guest use in laundry room.

Bad communication on VRBO

You sent an email that each room had a tv, so me and wife took the room with no tv. Vacasa tried to get us a tv but they couldnt. Five days no tv I had to here that every night from my wife because she sleep with the tv on

Great Stay

Kitchen was stocked. Very clean upon arrival. Super easy check-in and check-out. Much roomier than appears in photos. Twin bed in upstairs bedroom was not comfortable unfortunately. Plenty of bath towels supplied which was very nice. Short drive to beach and walking distance to shops. Overall really did love the condo and would stay here again.

Good location

Everything we wanted to do was a short drive or walkable. Golf was all around. Great place to end the day. One negative was the pool was closed while we were there.

Weekend rental

House had enough room for 7 people, had everything we needed for our stay. It takes about 10-12 min to walk to the beach from the house but we drove and parked most of the time. I would have liked the house to be deep cleaned but overall it was ok, the most important areas (bathrooms and kitchen) were very clean. I did wipe down the stair rail because it was really dirty. Overall great stay and easy to rent with vacasa.

Quiet location very close to the beach

Pictures match the condo perfectly. Location was great. Cleanliness could be improved, bathroom vents had mold/rust, light fixtures had spider webs between them in the 2 bed room. Spacious rooms, plenty of space for the 3 of us with each of us having our own room. Plenty of closet/drawer storage for items in the bedrooms and kitchen. Very end of the units, little hard to locate when arriving at night. Only downside is not being able to locate a gate pass that's needed to leave and enter the premises and after contacting Vacasa still did not get response or copy of it so we had to drive all around just to leave or explore.

Beautiful Villa

This Villa is definitely as Advertised, Very Clean Everything you need for A Week or Weekend Stay Beautifully Decorated. Only minor issue was in the room with Two beds there was No Television but that’s an easy fix maybe they could add one . I definitely will be going back to this villa .

Great Rental

My family and I stayed in this rental for 5 days and had a great experience. The unit had everything my family needed which was fabulous. The process was seamless to book this rental and had great communication with Vacasa upon check-in and check-out. This rental had plenty of space for my family of 5 and was in a great location and not too far from the beach and restaurants. I would recommend this unit and if we make our way back to Hilton Head we would rent again.

Updated and clean, decent location but be aware of walking requirements

Nice, updated condo that was comfortable and relaxing. Updated appliances and flooring throughout. We enjoyed our stay. We did have a couple of notes that would be helpful to know. The layout of this complex is such that pool access is only available from the units (I.e. there are no gates to allow you to enter from somewhere else or cut through). This causes two issues. First, if you have a second floor unit like this one, you can only access the pool via a narrow spiral staircase on the unit’s shared patio. This was not an issue for us but I could see it being an issue if you have mobility issues or want to bring a rolling cart to the pool. Second, because you can’t cut through the pool, it takes a long time to walk around the complex from this unit, which is on the very end of the inside corner furthest from Dealleyon Ave. This makes the walk to the beach much longer via either Dealleyon or the back exit near the dumpsters that drops you onto Nassau Street.
