Excellent location, beach and pool was wonderful

The condo is really nice, very clean, comfy beds and plenty of room for a family of 4, the pool is nice, and the beach was beautiful.

Clean, updated property with great location

We loved our stay here - everything was very clean and comfortable. The location right on the beach and the area was perfect. We were very happy with everything.

Amazing

Had the best week staying here. The condo was quiet and the guests friendly, the pool was clean and big and the beach access so easy to get to.

Perfect Location

We had everything we needed at this property. The location was great and the drive out for brunch or dinner wasn’t long at all. Quick access to the beach, and the beds were comfortable.

Great get away

This was a great condo for our week in Okaloosa for a softball tournament. Very clean and so close to many restaurants. The beach was not very crowded which is a plus for July!

Excellent!

Great location, very clean. Nicely appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs were nice to have. Would definitely stay at this rental again.

Family reunion

Although the weather didn’t fully cooperate during our visit our condo was wonderful and right off the water. Easy access to everything!

Nice condo comfortable beds lots of extra towels very clean. We found the balcony door hard to open and close and could never get connected to the wifi on phones or television

Nice get away

Property was clean, condo was clean. Large assortment of kitchen necessities. Beds were very comfy! Washer and dryer in condo was a plus! Beach chairs and umbrellas available for use! We left some beach toys for the next renters.

Everything was great except the patio door needs to be greased or maintenance provided on it. Extremely Hard to open and close.

Nice stay

Overall, The photos were definitely brighter than the unit. Some of the walls had gashes and they definitely needed a coat of painting. Additionally, there weren't any bathroom rugs which made the floors wet and slippery. Otherwise, great stay and would stay again!

Fantastic visit

This was our 1st to the Ft Walton area and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was great as was the location. We would totally stay there again. The only thing I would change is that although kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils/appliances it would have been nice to have some basics like salt, pepper, etc. Every VRBO we have stayed in before had those so when I stopped at the grocery store on our way into town those were not things I picked up. Again that is minor and just putting it out there so others staying here pick those things up if they are shopping before their arrival. I would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.
