Our charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath Florida beach cottage which is over 800 sq. feet and sleeps 2 which we call the "Dolphin Cottage" is across the street from the soft white sand of the world famous Siesta Key Beach which is consistently rated the best beach in the United States (you will be a 5 minutes walk from Access 7). Enjoy the amazing sunsets each night of your stay without the hassles of traffic, parking, and crowds.
You will also be 2 blocks from Siesta Key Village, www.escape-to-sarasota.com/siesta-key-village, and its numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. Park your car and forget about driving as you walk or bike and feel like a local as you enjoy our special piece of heaven.
Downtown Sarasota, which is a brief ride or Uber away, is world renowned and known for its cultural institutions, gourmet restaurants, art galleries, theater, the John and Mabel Ringling Museum of Art, and the Ringlings' breathtaking house, Ca'd'Zan, on Sarasota Bay. Also visit the very entertaining Ringling Circus Museum, www.visitsaratoa.
After a day in the sun, beach combing, boating, or shopping enjoy a drink on your private patio after you have taken advantage of the outdoor shower. Amazing Stay
I can’t recommend this property enough! Great location, walking distance from the village and one block from the beach, and has everything you could need for your beach vacation. The host was very accommodating and we had a wonderful trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little cottage! Easy walk to the beach, and to the village! Clean, cute and everything you could need (minus food of course) provided! Property manager was easy to work with and very attentive. Perfect spot for a perfect Siesta Key get away!

Castle Vacation
We had alot of fun here. The cottage is very close to the beach and Siesta Village where you can visit every day and not get bored. We had some of the best seafood and even though it rained and was overcast throughout our vacation we will come here again.

Eric was phenominal
It was a great stay, had everything we needed. The communication was a 15/10 from Eric. Would definitely recommend.

Dolphin cottage
Adorable cozy cottage located steps from the beach and the village. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Perfect get-a-way!
It was everything we were looking for and more! A perfect location to the beach and the shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Eric the Property Manager was awesome and very wonderful to help us navigate some things. We were glad to vacation in Florida and coming from Iowa we will be back again someday!

Fabulous vacation close to beach
Dolphin cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean, cute beach decor. Bed super comfortable - slept through the night! Excellent communication with property manager - nice welcoming extras to make our stay most enjoyable. Will definitely return!!

A great stay!
What a location! We did not even rent a car because we could walk wherever we needed to go. So close to the beach, the village and the free trolley.
The unit was very Florida!

Great Property
Exactly as advertized. Great location and house had everything we needed (beach gear, kitchen). Perfect communication with property manager and really appreciated the extra touches as we were celebrating an anniversary.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The place has clearly been rebuilt since the hurricane damage, but it’s well decorated, spacious, and clean. The location was really the best part of staying here, as we could hit the beach in minutes without having to worry about driving and finding a parking spot. The beach gear provided was awesome and we used it every day. Eric was an exceptional communicator and made everything super easy.

Charming, Quiet, Perfect Get-Away Location
The host is very prompt in communicating! Lots of extras we weren’t expecting, like beach gear, bikes for cruising around the key, water, ice and cooler, + dessert & bubbly for celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We will definitely stay again. Loved being in walking distance to beach & the siesta key square for yummy food & fun.

An amazing place to stay
The house was amazing! Incredibly close to the beach and to Siesta Key Village. The house is beachy, spacious, airy and the ac worked great. Debbie was a great host and very responsive to texts. Her house had everything we needed to go to the beach - towels, chairs and umbrella. Also, loved the outdoor shower!
