Welcome to our stunning 3-story townhouse in the center of East Nashville! Our modern and stylish home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers who want to experience the best of Music City.

Our townhouse is in the heart of East Nashville, just minutes away from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops. You'll be just a short drive from downtown Nashville, where you can experience the city's legendary music scene and explore its many attractions.

With the high end interior finish, the comfortable layout and the 3rd story deck with a view of downtown this property will allow you to experience Nashville to the fullest.

It has 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with 2 full baths. The master has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The 1st has a Queen memory foam sleeper sofa and a 1/2 bath. It also has room for a Queen self blow up mattress and a full size memory foam Tri-Fold mattress (Located in the closet on the 1st floor.) The 3rd floor has a wet bar and a large roof deck with a lovely view of Downtown Nashville!

Great location to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Very spacious and comfortable with a good eye for style. We would definitely recommend it especially for a family of four.

Beautiful home!

The architecture and decor is unique and strikingly beautiful! Very well equipped kitchen, and the house is very clean. The host was attentive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway!

This is a great property that is just a short Uber ride away from downtown Broadway in Nashville. The townhome was clean and well equipt with all of the necessities. Our friend even located a band aid/complete first aid kit when he had a little injury. The beds are comfortable, and the rootop deck is a fabulous spot to enjoy morning coffee as well as happy hour while the sun sets!

Conveniently located

Everything we expected!

This property was lovely. It had everything we expected and more. Clean, well stocked, and perfect for our stay! The rooftop patio with a fire table and wet bar was ideal for our end of the evening nightcap! Would definitely rent this one again!

Great location, but right on a main road

Location was central for everything we needed. However, it is right on a main road with one of the bedrooms backing directly onto it. Bring ear plugs and you should be fine.

Fantastic Location! Centralized!

Best experience with this cute property located just a $7 Uber ride away from downtown Nashville! Given the chance I will definitely rent here again! All the amenities & comforts for a lovely getaway.

Nashville 2022

Great trip with friends. The property was clean and many amenities made the stay very comfortable. Let me start with the beds. The master was a king and very comfortable. The second bedroom had 2 queen beds which were also so comfortable. So many pillows too, extra blankets, all of this was great! There were several games and even a gaming system which we did not use but I thought would be great for a family. The kitchen was well equipped. And had nice cookware as we cooked breakfast everyday. The property itself was too far from town to walk but Ubers were super easy and ranged from $7 - $25 depending on place and time. Far cheaper than renting a car. We would definitely stay again.

Great clean property close to downtown

Great property that is close to it all. The unit was very clean and had a great design. Comfortable accommodations and a communicative owner. The neighborhood is in transition but felt very safe. There is some road noise, but the owner kindly provided ear plugs and it was not bad. Overall a great stay at a great value.

Great Location

This is a great rental that was convenient to downtown Nashville. We rented for CMA Fest and the hosts made everything super easy. We traveled from the rental by Uber and it could not have been easier. Would definately recommend this place!@

Beautiful property with every amenity you can ask for

Two couples stayed for a Monday to Friday getaway. We had plenty of room, everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We were supplied with coffee and a few other items in the pantry as well as body wash and shampoos which was a nice touch. The property manager provided us with a great list of things to do and places to eat. The neighbourhood is a little sketchy but it's up and coming. We had no issues and we would stay there again. They are extremely responsive to inquiries. A fantastic experience.

I have called Nashville my home for 29 years. Although I wasn't born here, I moved here when I was three and can't see myself living anywhere else. I went to TTU in Cookeville, TN and received a BS in Mechanical Engineering and just hit my 8 year mark as a Sales Engineer for an industrial supply house located in Nashville.

I viewed many properties in Nashville but this particular one kept coming back to my mind after I viewed it. I felt the architectural design, high end finishes and large rooftop deck with views of downtown really caught my eye. I am excited to be able to share this lovely home with you and hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as I do!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I would say the modern high end look along with the quality of workmanship really stood out to me. The 3rd story roof/deck with a view of downtown was beautiful and I could easily envision fun and relaxing times up there. With being 1 mile from the center of Downtown and so close to Topgolf this location is perfect. Another nice feature is the spacious 3 stories. This allows for a large party to be spread out and have a whole floor to themselves.
