Summary:
Welcome to Music City Hideaway, a 2-bedroom luxury condo.  This East Nashville condo is perfect for a small family getaway!

The Space:
Upon entering this updated 2-bedroom, third floor unit you will be greeted with an open concept dining, kitchen, and living space.  The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, and the dining table can comfortably seat four, with a kitchen island that has enough space to easily seat two at its bar.  There is also a Kuerig available for guests to start the day off right! Adjacent to the main living area is a master suite which has its own private bath, walk-in closet, and grandiose views of the city. Across the hall from the master suite is where you will find an additional bedroom that can comfortably sleep up to five guests and has a private full bath.

Bedroom #1, the master suite is outfitted with a king bed.  This room is furnished with a cozy chair and smart TV.  There is a connecting private bathroom which has a double vanity, shower, and bathtub, as well as a walk-in closet.

Bedroom #2 is a guest bedroom outfitted with a bunk bed consisting of two full sized mattresses, and also has a twin bed pull out tucked beneath the bunks.  It is also furnished with a smart TV and chair.  The room is connected to a full bathroom shared with the living space.

Things to know:

-There is a private washer and dryer.

-A parking lot located behind the building for guests to park safely.

-On the property there is an outdoor area which has a firepit.

-Full equipped kitchen.

-An elevator is available for guests.

This location is ideal, as East Nashville is just across the river from downtown, a quick 15 minute drive away.  From this location you will have easy access to exceptional restaurants, shopping, and breweries.  And if you enjoy country music you are in luck; The Grand Ole Opry is about a 10-minute drive away from your next vacation destination!

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

Other Things to Note:
Any shared amenities are managed by the property association and out of our control.

The unit was clean, beds comfortable and overall nice. The furniture a bit run down. The elevator code didn't work outside so we needed to walk up 3 flights off stairs. The elevator has an unpleasant odor, as does the hallway.

Concert trip

This is a very nice and well kept home. It’s located just a short distance from downtown and all of the other attractions we had on our list. The welcome package was very helpful in providing the essentials we needed. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice a 2BR 2 BA Apt.

This property is very nice for a quiet place to stay just outside Nashville. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full size mattresses and a trundle bed. Many opportunities for sleeping options. Clean and well appointed.

we were in town for a concert and decided to stay as close to nashville as possible on a budget and this was perfect. it was so clean and there was plenty of room for everyone!!

Wonderful

The place itself is great! Close to restaurants and grocery stores but not in the city. The apartment was stocked well and very clean. We went with our two small kids who both sleep in pack n plays when we travel. Both rooms have MASSIVE closets that were perfect to give each boy a space of their own. There is a fire station near by. Not an issue for us though as our oldest loves fire trucks.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. About 15 mins away from downtown Nashville. There was plenty of room for our group for 4.

Beautiful clean safe condo

Just stayed at this condo in Nashville , it's a 12/15 min uber ride to downtown and opryland , super convenient and safe , has an elevator , we will stay here again when it's time to visit again

Undependable Elevator

We rented this condo for its location near our daughter and her husband who were having a baby and we rented it for 8 nights. First, the positives about this condo-brand new, immaculate, spacious, and conveniently located. The condo was on the 3rd (top) floor of a quiet building. Master bedroom and bathroom were very large and the condo had 2 very large closets. There were 3 televisions in the condo. Now the negatives-the kitchen was very sparsely furnished with cookware and dishes. The condo was advertised for sleeping 7 people but we were constantly running the dishwasher and washing dishes because there was so little cookware, utensils, cups, glasses and plates. The living room had only a loveseat for seating although there were 4 comfortable chairs around the dining table that could be moved. What ruined our stay though was the fact that the only elevator stopped working properly on our 5th day. Two days in a row, people were stuck in the elevator. We were told that this was a common occurrence. There were some stairs but they were locked from the outside and you had to have a key card to access the stairs. We were not given a key card and had to depend on others coming along to let us in the building, not to mention climbing 2 very long sets of stairs to get to the 3rd floor. We found out about the elevator breaking at 8:00 at night, couldn't get in the building and had to find another place to sleep that night without our luggage and medications. On top of this, the management company earlier had changed the code to get into our apartment and we were locked out of the apartment itself. After many phone calls to the management company (Grand Welcome) and hours of being on the phone and text messages over a couple of days, we still had trouble with access. Grand Welcome was the worst management team that we have ever encountered with a rental. Their customer service was almost non-existent. They would try to pacify us with apologetic text messages but wouldn't take action when we needed it. We ended up leaving a day early because of the difficulty with access into the building. We did request a credit for 2 days stay, plus all the fees associated with that stay and Grand Welcome did issue the credit after much insistence from us. Based on the fact that the one elevator has ongoing problems, we cannot recommend staying at this condo. The positives did not outweigh what we went through to have access to the condo.

The place was very clean and very safe. A code is required to even go into the elevator. It is very well stocked with dishwasher tabs, trash bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent. The bunk bed is a full over a full with a trundle under the bottom full. Two HUGE closets to have plenty of space to put your bags. I wish that I had taken pics. Very rare to find a place like this!!!!

Family Vacation

Rental was clean. Unit was quiet (we have young children with early bedtimes). Rooms were a good size with spacious closets to keep suitcases out of our way. Our kids loved the bunk bed. Everything we wanted to see or do was within a 20 min drive from the condo.

Third Floor Non Working Elevator

I would not book this unit again.The listing clearly stated that an elevator was available for guests, but it was out of service for the majority of our stay—with no advance notice and no resolution. What’s worse, the unit is on the third floor, which was not disclosed in the listing.This created a serious issue for us: my mom has health limitations and was unable to leave the unit because she physically couldn’t manage the stairs. It completely changed the experience of our trip.I reached out to the host, who told me the elevator was a shared amenity and therefore not their responsibility. While I understand that the building may manage the elevator, it was still listed as an included amenity—and that mattered when I made the booking.There was no offer of help, refund, or compensation for the inconvenience. If accessibility is important to you or your group, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The condo was great. We were there for CMA fest which was all downtown and Nissan stadium. The location was so fast and easy to get to/from both these quickly.The elevator was broken on departure day so we had to go down 4 flights with all luggage and coolers…which was hard. Hopefully it was fixed quickly for others.You might check the seal on the fridge…it doesn’t seal properly unless you close it hard and with purpose.Everything else was great!

Great, safe place short distance from Downtown

Pros:-You need a code to call the elevator from downstairs. No code, no getting up to the apartments. -It’s 2 bedroom, but there was plenty of room for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 teens). -It was quiet, never heard any of the neighbors. -Plenty of food options in either direction of the apartment. -It’s about 15 minutes from Downtown, short 15 minutes though. Cons:-No washrags for showers. -Started running out of hot water by our 4th and 5th person taking showers, but easy fix is split showers, some at night some in the mornings. Overall, would definitely stay again. Great location. Safe location. Close to the attractions. Nice apartment exactly as advertised.
