The place was very clean, and the host was awesome. It’s also a short drive to broadway and Nissan stadium which is a huge plus. Would definitely stay there again!

The host was super sweet and accommodating. Answered within minutes each time I bothered her :) Place was amazing, comfy and clean. The garage was super helpful for us traveling with a small u-haul. Broadway is just 10 minutes away.

Friends Weekend

Stayed at this property during a friends weekend getaway, enjoyed the place! Was a good location and a short trip from a lot of Downtown Nashville spots!

Back porch and house needs cleaned lots of algae. Roaches as well. Parking was great House is decorated nicely but whoever is doing the cleaning needs retrained. Had to clean the bathroom, dishes and toaster before using . We should get the cleaning fee refunded .

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home’s décor and convenient parking. The property was professionally cleaned prior to arrival, although we understand that individual expectations can vary. Nashville has experienced an exceptionally wet season, which has caused exterior algae to return much more quickly than usual, and we have professional pressure washing scheduled as weather permits. We take all guest feedback seriously and have reviewed the concerns mentioned with our team. While we were not able to agree that the condition of the home warranted a refund of the cleaning fee, we appreciate the feedback and will continue to maintain the high standards we expect for our property

Great Stay in Nashville

We had a great stay in Nashville for New Years weekend. The condo was perfect for what we needed and everything that Nashville has to offer was an easy drive away. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Nashville!

Great little Nashville getaway!

Great Stay!

The rental was just as described. We arrived earlier than our check in time and the property manager allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. House was clean and not far from Broadway. Overall great stay with no complaints.

Great location for a girls trip

All was as expected from photos. Area is close to downtown. They are revitalizing the neighborhood so a little noisy with construction but not too bad. Would recommend to a group of adults.

Great location

We were traveling with friends to attend the Indy Vat race but wanted to be close to Broadway for evening entertaining. The condo was as described. Plenty of linen, coffee and supplies The host was prompt in answering questions leading up to our stay. We would recommend to others visit f the area .also the garage for parking was a great touch

Townhouse in Nashville

The townhouse was close to everything. It was nicely furnished and had a very nice kitchen. It had everything we needed, including coffee when we got there. Truthfully, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the townhouse. We were there for graduations and had to attend many other functions and dinners. The garage was really nice to have.

Wagon Wheel Condo

I booked this condo, Wagon Wheel, because it was outside the pandemonium of downtown Nashville but yet close enough to not be an issue! The area is kind of Industrial but do not let that scare you! This condo was spotless, exactly as presented in the VRBO! Everything was in great shape and in perfect working order! If you do not mind being less than 10 min from downtown Book It! Has a two car garage which is very nice!

girls trip!

We loved our stay at wagon wheel property! The Vrbo was very clean and cute !! Super close to Topgolf, and the lifts downtown weren’t bad at all! It was perfect for our girls weekend! I would definitely stay at this property again in the future! The only comment we have is that the listing is not clear enough about the queen bed, which is actually a pull out sofa bed! We would’ve booked the property either way, so it doesn’t affect my overall rating. However, I do feel the listing could’ve been more accurate on that aspect!

Good place in Nashville

Nice & clean property. Simple check in and check out. Kitchen came with everything we needed to cook a couple of meals. We had 4-6 people, was better for 4 since it’s only 2 bedrooms but there was enough space for 6. Queen is a pull out in living room and not super comfy but other beds were fine. Location was decent - we went to east Nashville, Opry, downtown - so it was central enough. Ubers/lifts were all between $8-$30ish depending on where we were going and time of day (to and back from places). [we didn’t stay out past midnight]. Never felt unsafe - husband and I even walked to go to a coffee shop one morning and it was good.
