Voted one of the hottest USA neighborhoods by Redfin, Eastwood is located in East Nashville and less than 2 miles from downtown Nashville. You'll be staying in a great neighborhood, yet blocks, and a very short distance to everything you'll love about Nashville.
Lockland Table restaurant is less than a mile away along with many other local establishments to visit including antiques, clothing, unique gifts, and so much more. On top of the local eclectic mix surrounding you in East Nashville, the downtown vibe is only 2 miles from your door step!
We welcome you to Nashville and would love to host you durning your visit. This is a renovated home, just completed October 2016. We are a non-smoking property, and just ask you take care of it as your own. We thank you in advance as do our future guests. :)
Our 1930's cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The bathroom will have plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner.......everything you will need for your stay. In each bedroom you'll find very comfortable beds with only the best sheets and comforter. In one bedroom you will have a king bed just added in 2024 and the other room a queen. Each bedroom also includes a sit down area with mirror and hair dryer along with a full length mirror as well. No need to stay in the bathroom when you have a comfy seat to get ready for your day with everything at the makeup vanity table in both bedrooms. Just added a steamer located in the front bedroom closet to take the wrinkles out before you go out!
The new West Elm couch converts to another queen bed with memory foam, sleeping 2 more guests. In all your cottage sleeps 6 very comfortably.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you will need during your stay. Washer and Dryer is also included with laundry soap for the wash.
A large screen TV is ready for you in the living room along with Free WiFi and a Crosley Record Player with a wide range of albums for you to enjoy during your stay.
Lastly, out the back door you'll find a comfortable deck with lights to relax with friends/family. We really think you'll enjoy our cottage/surrounding area and can't wait to hear about your stay!

Amazing!

Gary’s home was above what we expected. I can’t go on enough about how lovely it was. There wasn’t anything we could have needed. The house was near everything yet you wouldn’t have known it. It was quiet. Gary was very quick to answer any questions we had. This is definitely a gem if you are interested in Nashville with a home feel. Highly recommend!

Adorable bungalow

Adorable bungalow with everything you need for a quiet get-away from the city without giving up the city amenities. Walking distance or short drive to restaurants, stores, and coffee! Host was wonderful and very attentive. Neighbors are quiet are night, too.

Great but needs better couch

The couch is very uncomfortable and low to ground. The tv was not left in a fashion to watch it. Otherwise, clean property. Sweet owner. Recommend tvs in every bedroom.

Great little house!

Wife and I were in Nashville for 5 days for me to attend a conference and for her to get some R&R. We loved this great little 2 BR house settled in a nice quiet neighborhood located only 10-15 minutes from the Convention Center, Bridgestone Arena, Country Row or Nissan Stadium. Franklin is an easy 30 min drive to explore Civil War history and grab some supplies at Costco. Some great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance, dinner at Locheland Table was 5 stars and delish. Very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and nice LR to relax or do some business work. Host was super responsive and answered very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Sweet cottage, needs a little bit of TLC

this was a lovely sweet little cottage in East Nashville. The location was amazing. Tiny place, bedrooms barely fit the beds, but nicely decorated. A couple of items were broken, but nothing major. Overall a successful visit.

Quaint little house close to downtown

This property was cozy and quaint. The backyard was very relaxing and green. We enjoyed our stay and we were glad to be a bit outside of downtown.

Awesome Nashville Neighborhood

We really liked the cute little house. The back deck and front porch were perfect for sitting outside for breakfast. Gary was a wonderful and responsive host.

Perfect place in East Nashville!

The house was exactly as listed. Gary was friendly and communicative. Perfect space for two couples, with only a short drive to downtown Nashville. Lots of cute places to see in the East Nashville neighborhood too. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Great place to stay!

We loved our “home away from home”. The location, amenities and wonderful host made our visit to Nashville so much more enjoyable. I can’t give enough stars to our host; he was truly only a text away and responded within minutes! Don’t hesitate to stay in this little cottage in the popular east side of Nashville.

Hidden Gem

In this lovely home, my husband, 17-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful time. We were all completely relaxed and each had our own area to hang out in the house. My daughter thought it was great that every room had a vanity so she could do her makeup, and overall, the house is absolutely spotless! Gary was also extremely helpful! Without a doubt, we will be back!

Great stay with my daughter

Gary’s place is in a safe and cool suburban neighborhood close to downtown. The house is a nicely appointed cottage, with a well stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and updated bathroom. We enjoyed the record player and albums. There is a lovely backyard with a deck, chairs, and strung lights. There was a binder with all the info you need, including restaurant and music recommendations. We had a great time and recommend this cute little home!

Quick getaway to Nashville

I love staying in East Nashville! It's close to the hustle and bustle of Broadway, but also has a flavor all its own. Great restaurants in the area. The house was great! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The neighbors are very friendly. Would definitely stay here again on another trip to one of my favorite cities. Gary is very quick to respond to messages.

When purchasing this property I thought to myself, "this is the best of both worlds". First it's located in a small eclectic start-up community. It's safe, feels small, local, both old and new in that the area has completely come back to life. Yet on the other hand it's only 2 miles to all the action in downtown Nashville. For sure a great location! In 2016 Redfin called this one of the hottest neighborhoods in the the United States.

Lastly and very important while staying with us is a good nights sleep. You'll be super comfy with our high quality bedding and protected with Cleanbrands encasements for a clean, healthy and comfortable sleep each night.
