Beautiful house in a beautiful place.

We loved our stay at this property in Telluride. The house was very well equipped, comfortable & in a wonderful location just a few minutes from the main street, hiking trails & gondola. It was perfect for our visit.

Great Townhome in Perfect Location

We had a great 6 days in Telluride. The townhome is in a perfect location to everything and accommodated our small group due to its smart layout. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds/furniture were very comfortable. Great vacation rental!

Perfect luxury escape!

Been coming to T-ride for 35 years, and this was the most relaxing, easy-posh, perfectly located stay! Parking out front, easy walk to all that matters. Really great host, service, responsiveness, and communication. A+

Great Location and Amenities

Good location for the Jazz Festival. Nice kitchen. Comfortable space. Only * would be the third bedroom with two twins instead of a queen, but completely understand why.

Friend time

This property is in the most perfect location. Rode. The gondola daily went for hikes from the property, walked all over town from the property. It was great.

Perfect setup

This unit is perfectly located in Telluride with quick access to the gondola, restaurants and bars. Additionally, the townhome is accurately reflected in the photos that created a perfect setup for my family. It has a unique living room and kitchen area with tons of access to kitchen tools and cable options. The stay here was 10/10 and I couldn’t even find one thing to say I would want different.

Great House and Location

This house was spacious for our group of 5 and very well located. The house has a nice cross breeze in the summer and the basement rooms stay cool. Really enjoyed the 2 porches and the upstairs suite is very spacious and has a great bathroom. My grown kids enjoyed having separate bathrooms downstairs. Be sure to lock your trash, bears seem to love to visit this street each night. Only negative was the driveway parking which was really too small for 2 cars. Also the units across the street constantly park in the alley and blocked us in. Finally gave up and parked on the street somewhere else. Would definitely return though.

Great Place for a Family Stay

We loved the location of this property and all the house has to offer. The kitchen was great with all the things you need to have a meal at home. The market is close by as well as access to the River Trail. The view from the front porch upstairs and downstairs is fantastic. We would have liked the TV/AV system to be a little more up to date with capabilities to stream our own shows, but we made due with what they had. New tvs or even adding something like a Roku device would be helpful. In my title I say this property is great for a family (meaning only one) because only children will be happy sleeping downstairs. It's a bit dark and the windows are below ground. If you have couples there will be a fight over the amazing primary suite upstairs. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and nice house but several maintenance issues. We had malfunctioning dishwasher, the upstairs bathroom was leaking into the kitchen, a running toilet and a definite smell of urine on a giant fake fur rug in the master bathroom (and telltale scratches on the bathroom door). Someone has clearly locked a dog or two in there instead of crating. We rolled up the rug on day one and stored it in the closet but didn’t report the dishwasher until a couple of days in after making sure it wasn’t user error. It was pretty intrusive and inconvenient when the repair guy showed up the morning we were checking out at 9am. I told him we were going to be out in an hour and suggested it could wait but he came right in to take up space in the kitchen while we were all there attempting to finish breakfast and coffee before we checked out. Overall we were happy with the rental but the maintenance and communication could certainly be better. Sending a repair person an hour before check out is not cool. Certainly the repair was not going to benefit our stay and only caused disruption and intrusion at a time when we were all there and needed to use the space.

We're especially sorry that the timing of the maintenance visit on your departure morning was disruptive. Our intention was to respond promptly after learning of the dishwasher issue so it could be resolved as quickly as possible, but we understand that entering the home shortly before checkout created an inconvenience during a busy time. We will use your feedback to better coordinate non-urgent repairs with guests to avoid similar situations in the future. We appreciate your thoughtful comments and are grateful you chose to stay with us. Feedback like yours helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience should your travels bring you back.

Perfection!

Perfect for our telluride winter vacation. You can literally walk to everything…Gondala for skiing, downtown for dining and shopping. Very comfortable for 5 adults! Clean and cozy but enough room to spread out.

Fantastic Ski location

Great spot for walking anywhere in town but close enough for gondola access with ski gear. The house is in immaculate condition and such a great space for 3 couples!

Amazing property and superior Customer Service

We LOVE this property. It was so clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect - close to the gondola, all of our favorite restaurants and hiking. We had to leave abruptly due to the closing of the ski resort and the COVID situation and the management was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They refunded a portion of our money, were responsive and friendly. We will absolutely rent from them again at one or more of their properties.
