Lovall Glen by Kevala Terra is a gated private estate in the heart of Sonoma wine country, designed for groups who want the whole experience: total privacy, space to spread out, and the kind of setting that makes every meal feel like an event.

You're getting two full houses — not a main house with an afterthought cottage. Two complete, independent homes, each with its own kitchen, living room, and outdoor space, sharing 14 acres and a resort-style pool between them. There is about a half-minute walk between the main and guest houses, along a concrete walkway.

Minutes from Sonoma Plaza, Gundlach Bundschu (the oldest family-owned winery in California, at the end of our road), Buena Vista, Kunde Estate, and dozens of other tasting rooms. World-class dining, olive oil tasting, and farm stands all within a short drive.

Max occupancy: 10 guests — no exceptions
NO PETS of any kind, including service and assistance animals (owner has severe allergies — this is a medical necessity, not a preference)
Pool heating: solar May–October. Optional propane heating available year-round for $500 — must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance
Check-in: 4:00–10:00 PM · Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Self check-in via keypad
Luggage drop-off available for guests with early arrivals or late departures
The owners live on an adjacent property and may do occasional outdoor maintenance when unavoidable — always respecting your privacy

Standard Amenity Availability Disclaimer:
While we take great care to maintain all onsite amenities to a high standard, peripheral amenities—including pool heating, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and BBQ—may occasionally experience maintenance or operational issues, sometimes due to prior guest use. Should an issue arise, we will communicate transparently and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, due to short turnaround windows between stays, repairs may not always be completed prior to your arrival.
In the uncommon event that an advertised amenity is unavailable during your stay, a courtesy credit of up to $80 per day per affected amenity may be offered. To help us resolve any issue as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that guests provide real-time evidence (such as photos or a short video) when reporting the concern. This documentation helps our maintenance team accurately diagnose the issue and ensures all communication remains transparent and properly documented on the booking platform. No additional compensation, refunds, or trip adjustments will apply. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this policy.

Please note that if a reservation is canceled and qualifies for a refund under the cancellation policy, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us at the time of booking.
