The dining room area has access to the back deck with views of the lake, the continental divide and Pagosa Peak.


This town home has air-conditioning and forced air heat plus a 2 car garage downstairs. There is a BBQ in the garage to be used outside.

There are tubing, rafting, and scenic train rides nearby and, of course, national forest hiking everywhere.

Oversized, commercial and recreational vehicles, including campers, trailers, boats and motor homes may not be stored on the Association property.
ALL RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 MAX. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
There cannot be more than 2 dogs allowed at this home per the HOA rules.
