The floors are newly tiled and the baths and kitchen remodeled with stainless appliances.The private master suite/bath with patio doors to the lanai, and the front entryway catwalk offers sweeping views of Marco Island and sunrises as this condo has exposure and vistas to both the east and southwest. Beach cart,coolers,beach chairs and umbrellas, and beach towels are all for your use. May Getaway

We stayed for two weeks in May. Typically, we stay in the St. Pete area, but our plans changed due to hurricane damage. This condo was exactly as advertised. The view of the huge beachfront was amazing. The unit was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Our host checked in with us prior to arrival, and answered the very few questions that came up. We plan to return in the future.

Second time staying at this property. Condo has an incredible view from the balcony. Everything was as advertised. Very responsive host to all communications.

Our annual get away

We look forward to our annual, mid winter get away; Tim and Michelle make the process effortless. The condo is lovely and as described. We love our morning coffee on the balcony, the easy walk to the ocean front and friendliness staff and other vacationers! We’ll be back!

Anniversary Paradise

Marco Island and this lovely condo were the PERFECT way for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Tim, the owner, is an absolutely wonderful host. Communication with Tim is thorough and quickly answered so the very minor glitch we had was quickly taken care of within the means he could provide us. The condo has the most stunning views from both the front and back. Everything you could possibly need is provide (Beach Towels, Bath Towels, Extra Sheets, fully stocked kitchen cabinets, games, puzzles, three TVs, INCREDIBLY comfortable King sized bed.) so no worries if you forget to pack something. The decor is beautiful and it feels welcoming. The area is very well kept and it’s very quiet with the other guests, which we appreciated very much. The beach is a little hike (about 10 minutes on very walkable sand) but no worries because Tim provided us with a beach wagon and every possible item you could need for a fun time at the beach. It helped tremendously with the walk to and from. The sunsets are a dream, the water temperature is perfect and if you love nature and the animals that live in it, you’ll love your stay here. Thank you, Tim, once again for a wonderful vacation. If we ever travel that far south again, we will be looking for you for sure.

Wonderful Stay at Marco Island!

Tim and was a wonderful host, providing detailed information and being in communication with us. The condo was beautiful, clean, and just as described. The views were unmatched, with easy access to the beach and all things Marco. I highly recommend anyone who is visiting the area to stay at Tim's condo! We can't wait to come back!

The property was the icing on the cake for a perfect vacation! The condo provided everything we needed for an amazing week. Tim was easy to communicate with and offered excellent suggestions for things to do and places to go. Will definitely look jnto returning!

Two weeks in paradise!!

The condo was immaculate and contact with the owner was excellent!!! The beach cart supplied with coolers, umbrellas and toys made it to the beach everyday!!! It was perfect. So peaceful and close to all restaurant, grocery and pharmacy needs. The building and surrounding areas were kept neat and signage posting needed info was always visible. Awesome stay!!! Thank you Tim and Debbie!!!

We loved this unit. It was well equipped and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The location could not be beat. The only down fall is we could have been warned ahead of time about all the construction going on in the building.. The only reason we are not staying here next year is it is already booked for the weeks we want..

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo on Marco Island. The condo is very nice and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning looking at the water. We had no trouble with anything. The owner even called us to see how everything was. That was very nice. We will definitely be coming back.

Seaview Court

The property was described accurately and it was clean upon our arrival. The view was spectacular from the lanai. We weren't able to connect to WiFi despite all of our attempts and cable TV was not accessible, but we weren't there to watch TV anyway! One elevator was out for a few days so we had long waits, often. Overall, this is a nice property with a gorgeous view of the gulf and beach.

Sand and Surf

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Marco Island. The condo itself is exactly as described. The owner was very nice to deal with. Tim called us before our arrival with condo check-in procedures and called during our stay to alert us of a maintenance on our floor. We enjoyed morning walks in the gated community. The pool and surrounding area is small and crowded. For the amount of people utilizing the pool ,the facility should have a larger or even multiple pools. We prefer the spending more time on the beach so this was not really an issue for us. I would much rather have laundry facilities in the actual condo. Washing towels the last day as required before check-out was time consuming and inconvenient in the shared laundry room. Neither of these would deter us from staying here again. We love Marco Island-it was nice waking up to sand and surf!

Amazing Vacation

Great views both of the City and the Gulf. Owner had great communication. We enjoyed daily swims in the refreshing pool, played pickleball with friendly competition and found numerous players to challenge in bocce ball. We would definitely stay here again.

The South Seas location is a perfect fit for as as we love high quality beaches, fishing, bird watching, biking, swimming, and the casual lifestyle that Marco offers. The safe and secure setting is perfect when entertaining our grandchildren. I am a jogger-and the level beach is really a plus, and I love to fish from the piers and beach as well. Debbie likes shelling on the beach, watching the spectacular sunsets and going with me to the great local restaurants. We are happy to share our tropical home on Marco Island with you and are thankful to do so. Tim and Debbie Michelic

Marco is a resort town with a small town vibe. This location is foremost. The gated community offers security and peace of mind, and Marco is one of the safest destinations in Florida as it is. I find it hard to put to words the natural beauty (Tigertail Beach/Nature Preserve is a top birding destination in SW Florida) and shelling too! You will discover exceptional sand-dollar finds on the famous white sand here on what is known as Sand Dollar Island.The cafe there has surprisingly good food and a kids playground too. We looked at many condos before finding our 16th floor tropical home on South Seas Tower 3 which offers sweeping southerly beach views all the way to Cape Marco. Our South Florida home has been completely renovated with an all new kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter-tops,ceramic tile thru-out,new baths, king size bed and private bath in the MBR suite and a split bedroom design for privacy from the 2nd bedroom/full bath.We love walking north from our location to secluded Sand Dollar Spit to discover the many beautiful sand dollars and shells. Walk to 10 restaurants from our condo including the famous JW Marriott which offers something for everyone! No matter your interests- from relaxing to recreation-it is here for us to share with you.
