We love to make each guest's trip as memorable as can be. Nestled between the area's campgrounds, in the beautiful, oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resort. 143 By the Sea is fully furnished with the warm, welcoming comforts of home to provide a wonderful, relaxing stay. The unit overlooks a beautiful green space of majestic oaks and hydrangea bushes. It is also one of a few units with no parking in front of the balcony. A small view of the Atlantic Ocean is visible from a portion of the balcony.
Please be sure to read through the information provided below and let us know if you have any questions. The house rules and check out procedures are listed at the bottom.
-------------------- THE SPACE --------------------
This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom (950 sq feet) condo in the Myrtle Beach Resort. 143 By the Sea features 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a 3 in 1 - fold out - chair in the living room. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with flat screen tvs, all having a premium cable package with on demand movies and television shows. The living room and master bedroom also have streaming capabilities with Netflix provided. A dvd player and small selection of dvds are available for your use. Quality linens and bedding are provided for each bed. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and vanity. They are equipped with bath and hand towels, as well as wash cloths and individually wrapped facial wipes.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It also features essentials such as: a standard coffee maker, blender, toaster, and cookware. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Additionally, a waffle maker and 2 crock pots (one large/one small) are available for you.
4 Turkish cotton beach towels, a couple folding chairs, a volleyball, football, bocce ball set, and sand toys are all waiting to be packed into the beach wagon (provided) for your days by the water! The green space directly outside has one of many barbeque grills and picnic areas throughout the resort.

-------------------- The A Building --------------------
The Myrtle Beach Resort's oceanfront A Building is the northernmost building on the property. To the east you will find the oceanfront pool and the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean! To the west you will find the seasonal (not open year round) lazy river/splash pad, and west end pool. The building and surrounding parking lot are maintained by the A Building maintenance team. Approximately 375 parking spaces surround the A Building providing ample parking for authorized guests. There are ramps and stairs into the first floor of the raised A Building (directions to the nearest ramp are sent in the check in information the morning of your stay). Unit numbers are marked on each door (low numbers to high from east to west in the building - even numbers on the south side and odd numbers on the north). 2 parking passes can be found in the condo upon arrival - parking passes must be left in the condo upon check out. There are three elevators and 4 stairwells within the building. Sundecks for all guests to enjoy are located on the 5th floor that offer great sunrise and sunset views, as well as relaxing sunning during the day! Each floor has a coin operated laundry room (just before the middle elevator) with a change machine in the third floor laundry room. The oceanfront A building’s trash bins are located at each of the exits. The common areas of the building are surveilled using recording devices maintained by Myrtle Beach Resort security.

-------------------- RESORT/CONDO ACCESS --------------------
Check in information is sent to guests the morning of check in. This information gives the address as well as detailed driving instructions through The Myrtle Beach Resort and directions through the building to the condo door.
As long as the reserving guest has met the ID requirement (House Rules), a subsequent message containing guest's gate and keypad codes will be sent prior to check in (4pm unless otherwise arranged).
Registered guests can access all open resort amenities - there is no additional charge and wristbands/keys are not required.
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Host do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
-------------------- PARKING --------------------
If you are driving, 2 parking passes are available during your stay. A parking fee will be collected by security upon arrival. The fee, $20 per vehicle per week, can be paid with a credit or debit card (cash payments will not be accepted) and is retained by The Myrtle Beach Resort. This fee is non-refundable.
-------------------- THE MYRTLE BEACH RESORT --------------------
Myrtle Beach Resort has much to offer for fun in the sun! Besides the easy access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean you'll find: 6 pools (both indoor and outdoor), hot tubs, a lazy river, splash zone for kids, playground, basketball and tennis courts, a life sized chess/checkers board, and putt putting green! The Quarterdeck - a restaurant located on the beach features live music or karaoke (almost) nightly.
Restaurants and other resort amenities are subject to closing without notice.

The A Building Oceanfront pool is open year-round 9am-10pm (Closing earlier during the winter)
The West End Pool and Lazy River (SEASONAL) is open from 9am - 10pm during the summer. Closing for both is scheduled for October 15th, which could also vary depending on weather conditions.
The clubhouse and swim through pool is open from 9am - 10pm year-round (closing earlier during the winter)
The 6000 pool is open from 9am - 10pm (closing earlier during the winter)
The B Building pool is open year-round from 9am-10pm (closing earlier during the winter)

NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AT MYRTLE BEACH RESORT.
- Service animals are permitted, but the must be registered with the building manager in advance of your stay at the resort.
If you have not pre-registered your service animal, you will not be permitted into the resort. You will have to contact your host so you can complete and submit the proper paperwork. The security guards are NOT able to assist in this regard.
If you bring an unregistered animal on property, you can be fined $500 and you will be evicted from the resort.
