Welcome to your beautiful, FULLY FURNISHED No Worries Town House. This house has been totally updated and ready to make wonderful memories for you and your loved ones. We are in a gated community right on the sugar-white sands of PENSACOLA BEACH. Park your car in the attached garage on the ground floor and laundry room is right off the kitchen as you ascend to the main level of this beautiful cabana. Here you will find the kitchen with everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen has a huge island that you can sit and enjoy both dining and living space as one big room. The patio door leads you to an exterior terrace overlooking one of the 2 community pools. In the living room the couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. As you make your way up to the bedrooms you will find gorgeous dry bar and half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedrooms upstairs are as followed: Master has a King bed, twin bed , TV & full bathroom, Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top, another full bed with a TV , as you are making your way to Upstairs Bedroom 3 you will pass a shared full bathroom for these 2 rooms. Bedroom 3 has a Queen with a TV. The beach is just steps outside the front door, while the first pool is off the back patio, the 2nd pool is at the back of the property. Just across the parking area is the beach access, so you are literally just steps from the water. The garage has all the beach toys including, chairs, rafts, body boards, paddle boards, and bicycles. There is also an extra refrigerator. No need for cars as the free Trolley (download the app) picks up right in front of the facility bringing you all the way down to Ft. Pickens entry as well as all the shops and fun along the way running until midnight Memorial day through Labor day. If you are into exercising or just like to walk we have a paved path of over 20 miles along the beach, you will love this path. Ready to relax and enjoy good food and drinks? Head on over to the boardwalk and pier. There you will find numerous restaurants and bars. You can relax on the boardwalk overlooking the marina that includes jet ski, boats and pontoon rentals. Boats for charter fishing and dolphin sight seeing, as well as para-sailing are easily accessible. A book with all the info you need to get started on a great vacation is ready for you.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were spacious and we loved the bunk beds for the cousins to share and us adults had our own space. The house was clean and equipped with kitchen supplies, plenty of bath towels for 8 of us, cleaning supplies and swim/sand toys for us to use. We also loved the pool being outside the back door, and the beach was a short walk away. We used the grill and there was tv for quiet evenings to after busy days. We also loved the big island to est family dinners and there's plenty of seating for us all.

This was by far the best stay i have had anywhere in my travels. From the cleanliness to the amenities (bikes, pool and beach toys, kitchen and bathroom supplies), we had a great experience. I would absolutely stay at any property they have, especially this one. Very quiet and close to the ocean and the pool is right off the back patio deck. The property is safe and well maintained. The boardwalk is minutes away! Thanks to the hosts for being very responsive with any questions. I will be back!

House was as pictured. Space was great, steps to the beach or the pool. Master bed was very soft, bathrooms looked nice and kitchen and living room were great. When we couldn’t connect to the WiFi, the host was fast to address the problem and fix it. My only concern was the back door. The latch/lock is broken so the only security was a giant pole.

Great access to the beach, even with toddlers. The home was very comfortable for everyone. It really lacked basic necessities like paper towels, toilet paper etc. The upstairs guest bathroom really needed to be cleaned better, and the blow dryer didn’t work. The guest bathroom is nicely updated. Beds were very comfortable, however the pots and pans were very difficult to cook with. Overall a great place to stay! The beach bikes were fun and we appreciated the chairs and toys for the kids.

Shelly, This is ridiculous as guests are given starter sets of the amenities, we do not provide unlimited amounts. If there was ever an issue of something being cleaned nothing was ever brought to our attention and that is sad as we have hosted hundreds of guests. Recommendation if you have an issue reach out to the owners as it states on your welcome if there is any issue please contact us. Absolutely ridiculous.

Floors are cleaned professionally each time. Floor cleaning such as mops and cleaner is available during your stay as you hit the beach, ride bikes, play games and more.

Easy access, great amenities, plenty of space, on the beach, and pools, whats not to like. It is modernly updated and has everything you need to enjoy what Pensacola has to offer.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

One of the few 3 bedrooms with attached 2 car garages is a big plus whether your staying for the summer or winter it is the perfect size to enjoy. We loved that you can get dropped off and get to and from the entire beach functions with the Trolley and Pensacola Beach is not an overly vacationy. Not to mention the Blue Angels Air Show!
