Cozy Studio Guest House in wonderful Franklin Park neighborhood. Tucked away at the back of the property behind the main house. Small space with full kitchen, well set-up to provide everything you need for a nice stay. Nice private outdoor space behind home. Equipped with Wi-Fi and cable including HBO and Showtime.
Located directly across from Franklin Park. Join the evening walkers, play some tennis, swim in the public pool, enjoy the music in the park, or pack some food and enjoy an evening picnic.

Please note: there are security cameras located at the front door of the main house, near the back porch of the main house, and on the north facing side of the Guest House. The cameras can only capture exterior images, none face into either house.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet, clean and secure. The park across the street was great, we were able to get a walk in.

In Yakima, stay at this cute place!

Very clean and cozy with a very comfortable bed. We were appreciative of the quiet neighborhood and woke up refreshed. Highly recommend

Cozy Comfy Cottage

Easy check-in, excellent communication from host. Very clean and tidy small cottage perfect for two people. Well equipped and more TV channels than I’ve ever seen. We would 100% book again.

Great Stay

The guest house is on the smaller side but was extremely clean and has all the amenities. A very quiet neighborhood. Perfectly central location. The host is extraordinarily helpful and responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Cozy cottage stay

The listing was very accurate. Lovely and clean. Everything we needed for two people. We were allowed to check in a little early. Very nice stay.

Perfect little house

Clean, great coffee bar for in the morning, bathroom products were very nice from shampoo to makeup remover cloths. great little place to stay. We would come back.

Visiting friends in Yakima 1 night

My husband and I both loved staying in the small cottage in back. At night it's all lit up with cool outside lights. Easy to find and in a great location. Great space for 2 people. Would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT, safe, & even ambience at night.

This was ultimately one of our favorite places we have stayed at. It was a lot bigger in person than in the pictures so we were pleased. It was extremely clean with a very nice kitchen and a large bed to sleep off my daughter, and I with even extra room in the middle, we wish we could’ve brought the bed home with us. It was so comfortable! It was right in the middle of the city, so everything was around if you needed to get to it easily but we have no problems. Coming home late at night, there were lights around our VRBO, that made it nice, smart easier to get to not to mention it looked really nice at night! We witch for sure stay here again and heart beat. Thank you!

Perfect little house

What a cute, immaculately clean, quiet and comfortable bungalow. Close to the stadium for State track meet. Monica has thought of everything to make her guests comfortable. We highly recommend her property to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Great small house

I attended the Central Washington Sportsman Show over the weekend and this place was a great choice to stay. Very quiet neighborhood, and pretty easy to locate. I actually had no interaction with anyone which was fine. I highly recommend this nice vacation rental to anyone having business or wanting to spend some time in beautiful Yakima. Great communication with the owner.

Quiet studio in the right spot

Very nice short stay

This house was very clean when we arrived. It is indeed very small, much like a hotel room with a kitchenette, which was what we were expecting. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked: measuring cups and spoons, more than enough plates, cups, etc. Some places just provide a few basics; this was over and above the norm.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Your little house for your stay has everything you need and is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood next to a beautiful park which we took advantage of during the crisp October mornings. Absolutely recommended.

Loved Our Little House!

We had such a wonderful time here. The house had everything we needed. The historic neighborhood was great for walking and the nights were peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed being able to eat meals on the picnic table in the backyard. I would choose this over a hotel anytime!

Cute Little Cottage

It was a great overnight stay for us—kitchen had everything we needed except a teakettle (we heated water for tea in a saucepan—no big deal). Bed was comfortable and even in the 100 degree temps, the little air conditioner kept it cool. Directly across the street is Franklin Park which is a lovely one mile circuit. We enjoyed our stay!
