There were lights out in the master shower and over the bathtub and a bit of mold in the shower. Beyond that we had a wonderful stay and would choose the Sandbox again. Having a mostly private beach and not having to fight the crowds for beach space is worth a lot. We were close to grocery stores and other shopping and also good restaurants. I highly recommend the Sandbox.

The property was clean with all the supplies you’d need as indicated in the listing and the beach view and location was amazing as well. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was very relaxing. The home is located 100 feet from the beach! We had everything we needed - beach towels, beach chairs, a toaster, lots of utensils…you name it! The views from the porches are breathtaking. The home was very clean, and communication with the owner was excellent. We also loved having parking and the quiet and family-friendly neighborhood.

This is by far the best place I have ever stayed on vacation. It is easy to access, immaculate, and the pictures do not do it justice. We plan on returning every year now. I can’t thank the property owner enough for renting this out. It exceeded my expectations .

Great location, great property!

We recently stayed at the beach house. We loved the location with direct beach access. The house was spacious and clean, and we do plan to come back again!

Perfect place!

The house was perfectly furnished with everything we needed. It was clean and is located in a great location to get to restaurants and stores. The house is conveniently close to the beach. Great trip!

Great Property in a Great Location

Property is very well maintained and is stocked with everything you will need, including beach supplies. Location is close to everything and just steps from the beach. Can't wait to be back!
