Check in was easy. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked and organized, but that is not a big deal to me. The place was clean and spacious.

We had the most incredible time! What a beautiful condo with stunning views. We had everything we needed and expectations were exceeded! Scott was also an amazing communicator. If we come back next year we hope to stay in the same place!

Spring Break 2025

Great stay at this location. Ample space for two families of 4 to spread out. Owner was very prompt in responding when we communicated. Fifth floor was very convenient. Kids loved the pools even though it was a bit chilly. I didn’t have the chance to use the fitness center but it was spacious with a nice view.

Best vacation ever

We always enjoy staying here, this place is amazing. We will be back next year. Our condo was absolutely perfect for our little family and granddaughter. Love the amenities this place offers.

Sister's beach week

Positively loved the 5th floor view. Comfortable living room furniture & beds. But we could do better with cleaning the place. I understand the Owner is not the cleaner, but we as renters are paying someone to clean, not noticeable. Putting thataside, we had a greattime for the week

Beautiful condo. Easy access to beach and garage. Fifth floor with easy access to stairs. Kitchen is fully stocked. We had a great time!

Family vacation

Spring Break

The condo was just as pictured. The floors and patio door could've been cleaner, but definitely not a deal breaker. The kids loved the slide, lazy river, pools, and games. We would definitely rent again here.

Great Unit

We love this unit. Plenty of room. Few thing need to be updated--skillets (had to go buy one), Living room furniture is NOT comfortable---needs updating. Overall a great unit.

Annual 4th trip

We have stayed at the Phoenix West ll several times and love the complex. This unit is very nice however it had not been cleaned very well. Glass shelves and the glasses on then were coated in dust. The dishwasher dose not work well. We had to wash any dish we took out of cabinets. The only nonstick frying pan has a broken handle and No nonstick coating left. We also had to wash a bedspread that was dirty and had no sheets for the pull out sleeper. The owner did get us the sheets but did nothing about the frying pan. There is next to no internet access in this unit. We were told to connect to any open network and connectivity and bandwidth was spotty. The refrigerator light was like a strobe light going off. This condo is very nice and with a little more attention would be great.

The positives - LOTS of space . That was great. Never a line for the bathroom that's for sure. Beds were very comfortable. And the views were GORGEOUSThe dishwasher handle was falling off and one tv didn't work. It didn't impede our stay at all, but I recommend fixing.The biggest issue we had was there were no amenities included and this was shocking having been to other rental sites. Thankfully we drove so i brought stuff, but no beach equipment , no beach towels, no cleaning supplies, no coffee or foil or anything else, no hand soap... I was shocked about that. I'd recommend forThe price they offer a little more. Especially since on site rentals are pricey!!But the space was great and the view was stunning- so if you don't need all that stuff this spot is for you

Another great visit

This was our family’s second time staying in this condo and we absolutely love it! We love the setup of the condo. It’s very conveniently located on the 5th floor, which has easy access and parking right outside the condo. Which makes checking in and out very easy not having to wait for an elevator. The facility is great with lots of options for all members of the family.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND VIEW GREAT LOCATION

This unit was perfect!! I will for sure book this unit again. I was convenient all the way around. The entry door is right near the entrance to the parking garage which made it so easy for luggage being brought to the unit. We always had a parking spot right by the door entry. The place was spotless clean, beautiful, comfy beds!!! Great view, loved it!

Fabulous Beach Vacation

The view is just fabulous. We love this resort. Great new amenities with an on-site restaurant. Beach has chair service. Condo is so spacious! We love staying here.
