Very impressed with the home and location!

We had an excellent stay at South Padre. This was my families 4th time at the Island, but some other family staying with us, this was their first time. They were all very impressed with the home and the location to the beach! We loved being next to Wanna Wanna. The home was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Perfect pool and beach access

Sleeping Accommodations were very nice. Pool was perfect for younger grandchildren. Beach access was perfect. The kitchen had no hot water and only two burners worked in gas grill (reported and fixed by now.) All in all great place to stay during off season.

SPI was wonderful --- I was originally skeptical as dealings with VRBO was extremely hard to get answers but once we arrived on the island the SPI people were easy to contact and although we had no major issues we needed them for the minimal contact we had left no doubt it would be easier than getting a hold of VRBO.

Great location & accomodations!

Loved this rental - we shared it amongst 2 families... it's spacious, clean, and the location is top-notch. Our only criticism is that we felt the kitchen could have been stock better with cooking pots/pans.

I was impressed with Viking kitchen appliances and cookware/dishes were plentiful for our group. Nice pool & hot tub, quick access to beach. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Great beach house

This was a great beach house to rent. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic and was walkable to many restaurants. The only minor issue we had was we had trouble getting the hot tub to warm up, short of that it was perfect.

This was a wonderful experience. The property is so clean and laid out so well. The air conditioner kept the place so cool and comfortable. The furniture is comfortable, the beds are great, the pool and hot tub were delightful. Everything was functional user friendly. During our stay we had a few small questions, so we simply texted the office and they responded within minutes. Top notch property. Can't wait to book this very place again!

Family Getaway

The location and view are spectacular. The living room furniture could use some updating. It took awhile to get hot water for dishes and shower, but it did get hot after waiting. The place was clean and the management company quickly responded to any concerns. Very spacious living area with large bedrooms were definitely a plus. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again.
