The property as a whole is very well maintained, The property management staff always was busy keeping the property clean and safe.We were pleasantly surprised by how well supplied the owners have the condo decorated, from kitchen utensils, appliances, to beach supplies and the overall ambience. First of all, this condo is decorated in the upmost of beauty and comfort. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. The views are exquisite! The beds are perfect. We’ve stayed here twice and I don’t want to stay anywhere else on the island. I will change my dates of travel if we cannot get this unit again. I’ve seen other condos on the island, nothing comes close to this. We had the time of our lives!

Loved the condo right on the beach! It was roomy, decorated so nicely with artwork and very nice “ beachy” decorations! Lovely place! The only negative ( although it didn’t bother me but did bother my husband) was that the condo was right across from the elevator so you could hear it going up and down. The view was amazing and it was very clean and comfortable!! I highly recommend it!

Would highly recommend. Beautiful morning coffee and sunset cocktails watching the waves roll in. The accommodations and decor was very high quality and plenty.

I can't say enough good things about how convenient and comfortable this place is. The owners have made it well appointed inside; its comfortable beds and ample seating in the living area make it perfect for a group. (We had 6 adults and three kids.) The beach view is also spectacular; we spent a lot of time watching the waves and the people on the beach out on the large covered patio at this top-floor condo. And you can easily watch the sunset every night by just stepping out the condo's front door and walking a few feet to the railing overlooking the island with its western view.It's a short walk from the building to the beach; the location couldn't be more convenient when there's also a grocery store and restaurants and shops all within walking distance or a short drive.I do recommend bringing white noise machines for the bedrooms as the sound of the elevators is easily heard from everywhere inside, but the views and memories more than make up for that.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great location. We did a multigenerational family trip with ages ranging from 70's to an infant and this was the perfect place for us to stay. The view from the balcony alone was worth it, but the place was also super clean and well maintained.

Continuous noise in the room from the outside elevator. You could hear it in every room. Square plates would not work on the turntable in microwave. Cute but not practical. Mattresses were broke down by body weight.

The condo is beautiful and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed or wanted.The bedrooms and the balcony are very large and we enjoyed our stay there very much.Hope to return maybe next year.

The condo was clean and accommodated our family of 9 perfectly. We loved the on site 24/7 security. We visited the beach bar (two buildings down) multiple times. It was a fun beach vibe and we had a family photo taken there. Ocean waves were so fun with our boogie boards, and water felt warm…it was 78 degrees. The elevators were quick and we rarely had to wait even though it was a busy holiday week. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise!

The condo was perfect for our group—3 couples. Lovely view and decorated. Very clean. The only thing we noticed was the elevator noise. But really enjoyed Ocean Towers.

We had family that wintered in South Texas for many years before we decided to purchase our place on South Padre Island. During our visits we decided that we love the ocean. The sounds, the activities, and the South Padre beach in particular are what draw us to this area. We have spent many happy days on the island since we purchased the unit. We look forward to more winter relief once we both retire.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We love Ocean Vista because of it's location. Right on the ocean but you can also see the bay and the fireworks from the front. Sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the afternoon. It is within walking distance of anything you need: grocery store, bars, and restaurants and shopping. Well kept building and grounds in a great location with a beach to walk and play on right outside your door.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We have been able to enjoy time with family and friends while we enjoy the South Texas area. We especially enjoy long walks on the beach, watching our grandchildren play in the sand and spending time in the pool and the hot tub. Children and grandchildren grow up too fast so it is great to spend time with all of them. It is wonderful that they all enjoy their time here, too.

We also enjoy dolphin watching and fishing in the bay and the ocean. There are so many good restaurants where we can get fresh seafood whenever we want it.
