Great lake house for lots of people! Kitchen and living room were spacious and a nice place to hang out. View of lake from house was nice and also had a variety of sitting areas outside to enjoy the view of lake. Erik was a great host and always responded quickly.

This property was perfect for our multi-family group! The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the 2 living spaces for gathering. The lake is so clean and the views are spectacular from the cabin. We had a blast on the paddle boards and kayaks. We were also able to rent the pontoon and it was perfect for exploring the beautiful lake and hanging out to swim or sun on the water. Can’t wait to plan another visit!

An absolutely awesome place to stay! The house was clean and well prepared to have our family get together at the lake. The lake access was great and even though the weather didn’t fully accommodate we still had a fantastic time. Eric was amazing every step of the way from preparing us before and during our stay. I’d very highly recommend this house and Eric as a host.

We had an amazing experience in Alexandria. The home was clean and had everything we could’ve possibly needed. Our host was more than accommodating and always easy to reach when we had questions. We had a wonderful time on the lake using the paddle boards, lilypad, and pontoon, and the outdoor swing and dock were perfect to take in the view of the lake. Both the check-in and check-out processes were a breeze so our stay went very smooth. Overall, it was a great experience and we’ve already talked about renting again!

Great vacation home

This was a great vacation home for a larger family or group, well equipped, owner was good at communicating to see if we had any questions or needed anything.

Host was very accommodating. When we had questions he was quick to respond. Lots of space for our family. They even had a baby bathtub!! Lake access was close by, which was nice. We did go over to Lake Geneva for the sand bar. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. And the kids loved fishing off the dock. However- biggest downfall was the amount of spiders and cobwebs inside. The deck could use some TLC as well.

Plenty of space for family gathering.

The house was plenty big for our party and clean. The lake was enjoyable with access to kayak, paddle boards.

Lovely House

We booked this house for a getaway week, and couldn't be happier! The house was clean, with plenty of space for my family, and Erik was incredibly responsive and helpful! 10/10 would recommend, and will more than likely stay again!

Much needed getaway!!

Very inviting, clean, everything we needed to make great memories with the family. Erik was a gracious host and very accommodating. Neighborhood was quiet and we will be back.

As advertised

This property worked perfectly for our group (four couples). Five bedrooms and large gathering spaces were very nice. Only complaint was the weedy lake made swimming uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this lake home. Erik was fantastic host, he was very friendly and responsive to our questions. The home was perfect for our group of 9 with plenty of sleeping arrangements available. The lake was beautiful, the water was clear and felt incredible to jump in and cool off. We didn’t use the paddle boards or kayak, but there are many to use if that’s your thing. The pontoon was a great addition for our group and I would recommend to any who wants to go for a swim. We brought a boat and the launch was real close and dock space was available at the home, which was nice to use. Fished one afternoon and caught 6 different species, walleye, bass, rock bass, perch, crappie and bluegill. Definitely would recommend for a larger family or group requiring 5 bedrooms. Can’t wait to come back again sometime.

Good experience

Great lake experience which was our main focus. House was large enough and as stated. Not as clean as I would have appreciated but the kitchen was clean and had all we needed to cook for our 4 day stay. Nice grill too.

Could not have been better!!

A wonderful home to spend much needed time with family in. This place feels brand new - so much attention to detail and upgrades around every corner. Clean, comfortable, and had multiple spaces to either spend time with each other or try to get away for a few moments. So spacious! We had 13 people (including kids and a baby) and never felt crowded. We will definitely return. The owner was so helpful and responsive to questions and we appreciated how he handled every detail of our stay. Thank you, Jonah!

Amazing!

The property was everything advertised and more. The owner was phenomenal. We have booked thru VRBO before and this property met our expectations and beyond. The Lake is a hidden gem in the Alexander area and very clean with not much boat traffic. Our family caught a bunch of panfish as fast as you can reel them in. We also caught an abundance of Pike. All fish we caught and released. We could of eaten fish all week! We will definitely be back again!

Wedding

We booked this for 3 days for our daughters wedding weekend. It was very clean and spacious. The porch had great lighting to do hair and makeup. It was nice for the bride to relax by the lake in the morning with bridesmaids. The day after the wedding was so windy we were unable to utilize the water toys but did enjoy a dip in the lake and the peaceful setting to relax. Would love to come back and use the lake another time. Erik was great with responding anytime I had a question prior to our stay. Great host!!

Reunion

This was a great location for our friend reunion. We loved the added option to rent the pontoon. The bedrooms were decent sizes and it was great to have a basement with a TV that was separate from the rest of the bedrooms.

Excellent lake home with tons of fun things to do

My family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, adults and teenagers! A little bit of a walk down the steps to the lake but a good workout. The view from the screened in porch was excellent. Very updated kitchen and bathrooms. Only a mile or two out of town. Will stay again when back up in the area.
