Amazing Place!

It is in a perfect location—a 5-minute walk to Broadway. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice. It was perfect for large groups, and we would stay here again!

Great option for a big group!

Went with a group of 13 and this property was perfect! Every couple had their own bed and lots of bathrooms to accommodate everyone.The location was great as we were able to walk everywhere, so didn’t feel like we had to do everything as a group. The only uber we had to take was to and from the airport and even that was close. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Great accommodations, plenty of space, the unit had everything we needed and everything worked well. We had 1 maintenance request and it was handled within hours. Very professional. Our group would gladly stay here again..

All-Around Fantastic

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the HonkeyTonk! The location to downtown was the initial selling point, but we had so much fun when inside the apartment as well!We (mom and dad) shared this spacious apartment with our four adult children and their partners. There was plenty of room to give everyone their own space, yet great areas for playing games and just hanging out.All were impressed with how well stocked the HonkeyTonk is - it seemed everything we needed was there! The only thing I’d add for the larger groups would be an additional (or longer) table and chairs for when the whole group plays games.We will definitely look to stay at the HonkeyTonk again when next visiting Nashville with friends or family!!

Great Location

This Condo was fantastic. Everything was clean and fresh and the communication from the host was great. The location was an easy walk to broadway with tons of bars and dining options a short walk away. The only downside is that there is no on site parking. The owners were clear about this though so we parked in the public lot next door to unload and then moved to a nearby deck for the length of the stay. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Work trip

Nice to have space. Internet worked the first day but not the second. A major inconvenience. They also forgot to resend the code to get in but I appreciated that the group let me change the reservation last minute

PERFECT - in every way

We had an amazing time staying at The Honky Tonk with four other couples, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! The location was absolutely perfect—literally 2 quick blocks to Broadway, so we could easily get to bars and restaurants. NO CAR NEEDED. The house was awesome! It was super spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The vibe was really cool and made us feel right at home. It was a surprise 60th for my husband, 3 other couples met us. We all had our own bathroom and had 2 bedrooms to spare! The hosts were fantastic and made everything simple. We’re already talking about when we can come back because we would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a fun, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Nashville, The Honky Tonk is the way to go!

Great spot for a group

Not the cheapest option in the area, but for a big group that wants to hang out in the same shared space while still having their own bedroom to retreat to, it can't be be beat. One of the few true 5/6 bedroom units around. And the location is 10/10! Plenty of kcups for a 4 day stay was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Check-in and check-out with xenos is about as smooth as it gets and the staff is responsive to texts and emails

Annual Trip

My group have been coming to Nashville for approximately 15-20 yrs now and this is the first time at this property. I will have to say it's been the best one to accommodate our group! The property manager was very helpful and was quick to respond to any question we had.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Our group is work related. We all participate in a Fantasy Football league and after our annual sales meeting we all decided to stay a couple extra days in Nashville to have some fun. What a FABULOUS apartment. After spending the afternoon listening to Nashville’s talent, we headed back to the apartment. Plenty of room for everyone, we cooked a homemade spaghetti and meatball dinner and watched the late NFL playoff game.Of course, we had a foosball tournament too! Great location, fantastic accommodations and great host. Thank you!

We took our grandson, a couple of his buddies, his mom and 2 other couples for a long weekend. Honky Tonk was perfect! Lots of space for everyone and the bedrooms were great. The location was wonderful. Very easy access to Broadway and the area felt very safe. The boys even walked over to Nissan Stadium and got some last minute - very inexpensive! - seats to the Titans! Hope we will able to be back again!

Nashville Anniversary Celebration!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Honky Tonk celebrating 60 years of marriage with our family over Thanksgiving. Ages 19-77. The mgmt co. was responsive and check in was easy. This rental is well taken care of and supplies were plenty for the 5 days we were there. The rooms were spacious, baths were plenty and everyone seemed to be happy with the comfort of the beds. The foot traffic above at the wee hours for light sleepers was disruptive but expected in downtown Nashville. Bring ear plugs. Our family made some great memories and shared lots of laughs. A suggestion to mgmt..add a bar cart! The drinkers in our group needed their own space. Otherwise fantastic!

Better Than Advertised!

Fantastic property. Great location, very convenient for all things lower Broadway. Plenty of space for our group of friends. Beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms were clean and spacious, loved every aspect of stay here. Instructions for getting into the building and eventually the room were clear and timely. Will be back again for sure.
