The location was convenient to everything. On-street parking was a huge plus. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful. All in all, a good fit for our family.

Amazing place! Owners were great with communication. Location was far enough to be out of the crazy but a simple uber ride or walk to Broadway. Would definitely stay again.

Jared was proactive with his communications and provided additional suggestions to help make our stay in Nashville even better. This is a fantastic property in the perfect location too. Safe neighborhood and close to everything you'd want to do in Nashville. I would say her again and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Property location to broadway was great. Jarrod was available for questions and responded promptly. Uber rides were very reasonable. Check in was a breeze.

Amazing property, we stayed there while attending a convention downtown. Property was clean and well-appointed with easy access to the convention center and downtown area. The host was very responsive and accommodating, I highly recommend this property if your headed to Nashville for business or pleasure.

We had the best time and the condo was great .. description exactly and we enjoyed the roof top a few nights !! They supplied all you needed .. would 100 percent stay here again!! Beds comfortable!!

Everything went great, pretty good location in relation to Broadway. The only suggestion I have is to have a chair in the balcony

The place was beautiful and everything promised! We had a great stay and appreciate all your hospitality! The host was very attentive and answered any questions that came up immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

The rental was parfect for us with 3 adult children and 2 guests, 7 total. Place was clean, short ride from airport, and about a mile walk to Broadway. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location - we were able to walk to the listening room - which I highly recommend. Work out facilities were nice and the rooms were good.

We love this neighborhood because it's so close to all the attractions Nashville has to offer. Being able to walk to Broadway to hear live music or to the Titans and Predators games is amazing. Plus there's the best BBQ located just 1/2 mile a way.
