Master Bedroom: Spacious, with a king-size bed and access to the backyard. The private bathroom has a safety chair, handrails, and a hand-held showerhead.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, large windows, and a matching dresser.
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with storage drawers, USB charging lamps, and nightstands.
Additional Sleeping Space: A red leather queen sofa couch in the family room.

Additional Amenities
A second bathroom with a safety chair, handrail, and shower.
A spacious family room with couches, a queen sofa bed, a desk, a gas fireplace, and a 50-inch smart TV.
An open dining room with a large table for 8 that flows into the kitchen.

Our home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable cleaning fee. Pets must be included in the reservation, and their messes must be picked up daily. There’s an extra charge if pet messes aren't cleaned, and pets must be secured if left unattended.

Safety Notes: Kids under 12 must have adult supervision in the hot tub at all times. Children cannot ignite the fire pit or BBQ. Streets are snow-plowed in winter, so street parking is prohibited during this period.

Getting around is best by car (suv for winter weather) though bicycling is very big here in Flagstaff. Taxi’s, bus (Mountain lines bus to get around town-public transit) also available.
Walking trails are everywhere!

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

**Please note**: Before your booking begins, we offer a mandatory damage waiver for a small fee. This protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Pets are welcome, (2 maximum).
Large Fenced backyard. Non-refundable deposit of 75.00, per pet, is required at time of booking and pets MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION.

Pet owners will be REQUIRED AND EXPECTED, TO PICK UP THEIR DOGS POTTY MESSES. This, is NOT THE CLEANERS RESPONSIBILITY!! ALL dog messes are to be picked up daily, disposed of in bucket provided for you. At the end of your stay tie the bag up and put in garbage can provided for you.

WE love sharing our vacations with our fur babies.....but it’s up to you, to keep our home clean and odor free, inside and out. The dogs are never to be left unattended at the house without their human! If you plan to leave pet alone for even a short time, they will need to be kenneled and not left to be in house in all rooms. Pets can be anxious at a new place and tear things up, soil carpets etc., we cannot have this. Protect them and secure them.
