This home is fully furnished with upscale amenities providing a luxury beachside getaway. 32 Beachmere Lane is a duplex style home with personal access to that unit's property and to all of the amenities this stunning beach house has to offer. As you can see in our aerial image, we are located just steps from the beautiful Marginal Way, the infamous 1 1/4 mile walk with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Interested in a smaller, quieter beach? Just a short walk from this property lies the "The Little Beach" right off of the Marginal Way. We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was as described and exceptionally clean. It was very roomy and comfortable for our family. It is in a great location as it is a short walk to the restaurants and shops as well as Marginal Way. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful home in an amazing location in Ogunquit. Very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. All the amenities you could want or need. Host communicated well and check-in and out was easy. Thank you for a great stay and lovely family memories!

This is a truly lovely house! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful Marginal Way walk along the ocean and also five minutes to town.Our host, Aaron, was outstanding! The house is spacious and has all the amenities of a beautiful home.We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this property

We enjoyed our stay on Beachmere Lane very much. The house had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, close to everything either walking or by car. The hosts were easy to work with and always available to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this house!

We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and that we were so close to the entrance to the Marginal Way beach walk. The home is exceptionally lovely and comfortable. We had all we needed and more. Our host was a delight to work with.

Great Family Trip

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, well stocked, beautifully appointed and in a perfect location! Check in and out was very easy and Allison was very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful! We highly recommend this property! We would love to return next year!

Peaceful getaway

Our group of 6 had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It's steps away from the Marginal Way and within walking distance to everything downtown. Allison was in constant contact which made check-in hassle free! The house is tucked away in a cozy area. My kids said it was like a fairytale cottage! This home won't disappoint because it's exactly as advertised...stunning! We were sad to leave, but have great memories!

32 Beachmere is a must stay!

We would highly recommend this rental for many reasons. Allison is such a wonderful host and easy to communicate with, the rental is well appointed, very comfortable and it’s location is ideal in relation to the downtown area and the beaches. The living/dining area are bigger in person than they appear in photos. The bedrooms are large and having three full bathrooms is very convenient for family use. You won’t be disappointed in this rental. Enjoy!

Clean, Great Location, Wonderful Host

We were so thrilled to rent this property. We loved being able to walk to the beach every day and walk on the marginal way and down to Perkins' Cove for lobster rolls. The location can't be beat. The house is newly built and is super clean, extremely well furnished, and everything works. (Such a relief!) The host Allison is wonderful. Super responsive, full of info, very kind. We'd definitely do this again! We had a terrific week.

Lovely stay!

Great location and beautiful home for our multi generational vacation. The house is lovely and supplied with everything you could want/need. Our only complaint was the amount of people/workers and maintenance workers from neighboring property walking up the driveway past our cars and into the yard when we sat outside. It was my issue as we never discussed this with Allison who was very nice to work with. We would definitely rent this location again

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay. Once we found it, we never needed to get in the car during our stay. Perkins cove is about a 15 min walk. That was the longest for us. Town was very accessible as well as Marginal Way. The house itself was very clean, three separate bedrooms including a Master en-suite and full bath on the first floor. The kitchen was under used by us but very clean and good appliances. There was plenty of room for us six adults to eat at the dining room table, sit and watch TV and a separate room where another conversation could be heard without disturbing the TV group. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were of good quality.
