This house is in a great location - walking distance to the Cliff House and a quick drive to Perkins Cove. It is perfect for a larger group that wants to hang out together but also wants to be able to spread out and have privacy for sleeping. Our family loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home. Outdoor deck with fabulous ocean views served as terrific gathering place for our family when not at the beach. Home was clean. Kitchen well equipped. And the owner/host is an excellent communicator. Our family looks forward to returning in 2027!

Our 3-generation vacation couldn't have been better, and this lovely property had a lot to do with that. Beautiful ocean views from the upstairs deck! The grandkids loved just "hanging out" there. The location is ideal. We were able to do the beach, lighthouses, Portland, York Adventure Land and many ice cream stops along the way. Thank you, Rick, for hosting us. Maine truly is the way life should be - if only for a week.

The house was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and was so close to the Cliff House. We will definitely be back when we come to Maine.

From the moment we walked through the door, it felt like getting a big hug from a well-loved and beautifully cared-for home. It was the perfect choice for our annual girls’ trip!This was our 31st trip together, and over the years we’ve graduated to looking for homes with at least four comfortable, comparable bedrooms—something that isn’t always easy to find. This home absolutely hit the mark. Everyone had a lovely space of her own, while the common areas gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy being together.Being so close to the Cliff House resort was an added bonus. We enjoyed a couple of early-morning walks around the beautiful property and had a wonderfully relaxing dinner there with a waterfront table.Richard and Amy were incredibly easy to communicate with and wonderful hosts. We really can’t compliment them enough.At the end of our stay, we all agreed that this was one of our best annual trips—and after 31 years of traveling together to different places around the country, that’s saying something! A big part of what made this trip so special was having such a warm, comfortable and welcoming home base.

What a wonderful coastal home. Rick is a terrific communicator. Everything was as listed. The location is perfect with access to the Cliff House restaurants. Perfect for families.

Our family was blessed to stay at Richard’s home during the Christmas holiday. His home is clean, inviting and equipped with everything we needed. Richard was always reachable and most helpful before and during our stay.

Beautiful house and great ocean views! Host was so helpful and a joy to communicate with. The house is very spacious, spotless, and lots of room to spread out. Would absolutely rent this property again.

Nice place and great location

The property was clean and well stocked with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The proximity to the Cliff House was a plus, and the view of the ocean added a lot to our stay.

We celebrated our wedding at the Cliff House and loved how close this property is to the resort. We were able to make it our home base for guests not staying at the resort for the celebration. The house is really quite a gem and the description is accurate. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back and celebrate future anniversaries here!!

On a scale of 1-5 we give this property, a 5, plus, plus!It was immaculate. The beds were luxury along with the bedding. Cleanliness was superb. Plus we had a great time and will definitely go back.

Great house for the weekend

The hosts were very helpful and communicative, and check-in was easy. The house was beautiful and had gorgeous views on the main floor where we all were hanging out. Would definitely stay again.
