This property is an absolute gem and you could not ask for a better host! The home is perfect- the location, the comfortable furnishings, the included amenities and the immaculate vibe- 10/10. The area provides endless recreational possibilities, even off season. We hiked, we shopped, we explored nature, we dined, and most of all we enjoyed each other’s company in this beautiful home! My whole group (eight opinionated adults!) all agreed that Paul’s accommodations exceeded expectations. We can’t wait to schedule a return trip.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!Wow! This house was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. He also provided fantastic recommendations and information about everything the area has to offer, which made our vacation even better.Every room in the house is beautifully and impeccably decorated, and the home is packed with thoughtful amenities. You truly don’t need to bring much from home because they’ve thought of everything!We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect vacation getaway. We were thrilled to find this property because of the ability to give three couples their own private bedroom and bathroom. We got that and so much more. The host Paul is excellent to work with. Every detail is thought out and he makes the whole process seamless. The home is beautiful and the location fantastic. The home is decorated beautifully and no small detail has been left out. From the welcome basket, to perfectly placed nightlights, to super comfortable beds, to great bath products. Nothing is overlooked and the pictures online are exactly as the property is.We highly recommend this property and enjoyed out stay throughly!

Beautiful house and excellent host

The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The rooftop area is fantastic. The host is very welcoming and thoughtful with lots of nice touches including a very nice welcome basket.

This beautiful, sun-drenched home was the perfect place to spend a long weekend with family. The roof deck and neighborhood beach offered spectacular views while the house layout provided large inviting space for hanging out together as a group, as well as many nooks and crannies for private time. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated. The host, Paul, was incredibly generous, welcoming, and attentive to detail. He even provided welcome gifts for our two young grandchildren and a beautiful gift bag of treats for adults. This Vrbo home exceeded our expectations.

The house was perfect for our three-generation family of 6 adults and 3 children (ages 5-7). The kitchen was very well equipped -- the owner even provided a rice cooker for the rice-loving grandchildren, and when the neighborhood electric power went out for 3 hrs, emergency LED light switches were readily accessible in each bedroom closet. We took advantage of the two decks to grill meats and eat Off the Boat lobsters outdoors. Don't hesitate to stay in this lovely cottage.

Wonderful property!

Exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this property. Great location- the rooftop deck with plenty of seating is beautiful and comfortable. Well stocked home and kitchen with everything needed for a multi general family group. Extremely responsive and accommodating host.

Over the top quality

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Brian was a gracious host. The quality of the amenities in the house were great. The soaps, shampoo, towels, kitchen utensils, table settings were terrific. My favorite room was the rooftop deck overlooking the ocean.

Bookclub Girls Trip

We had a group of 8 women celebrating 25 years of friendship together being in the same bookclub. The Mainely Away house was beautiful and Paul was a very gracious host. We had two people sleep in each room, and it was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. We had a wonderful vacation and spent time in Ogunquit and York- which was an easy 10 minute drive. We flew into Boston and it was an hour and 40 minute drive to the VRBO. I highly recommend staying in this VRBO.

Beautiful home! Great memories!

Our family had an amazing week in this beautiful, cozy home. Everything was well thought of. Great ocean view with ideal large family room. Paul was an outstanding host. House was very well located for all of our activities. We literally couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend!

We rented this property for an annual girls trip. It is a nicely furnished home in a quiet neighborhood. The pictures of the property are an accurate reflection of what is depicted in the VRBO listing. Paul is a great host who greeted us with a nice welcome basket full of many goodies. Paul also provided many suggestions on local attractions. We enjoyed the slippers and robes that were provided in each bedroom. It was an easy drive to Ogunquit, York, Kittery, etc. This home would be difficult for anyone that had issues with going up and down stairs.

Fabulous rental house

Paul was an attentive and excellent host. He also left us a number of delicious local treats to enjoy while we were there. The home is lovely, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and has truly everything you need for a wonderful vacation experience. The neighborhood is great and the views of the cove are spectacular! One of our favorite daily activities was to walk 2 minutes down our road to sit on the scenic rock beach. We would love to stay at Paul's home again!

Great spot for a shore escape

This property is a first-rate spot for a Maine shore getaway. The location is excellent, near beaches and the towns of Ogunquit and York, but also on a quiet street with little to distract from the sound of the ocean. The property is spacious with ample living space in addition to the 4 bedrooms. The host was fantastic, and explained the features of the house and how to use them. And he offered both welcome snacks and great tips for local sites. I would definitely stay at this house again!
