The property and cottage was very clean and peaceful. We really appreciated this since Sedona can be overwhelming with tourists. Ed was very helpful and had answers to all our questions.

A perfect location and setting for a solo traveler or couple. It had everything that you need and was exactly as described. The host was friendly, accessible and helpful. It's on my short list of places in Sedona to return to.

Great location and the property was perfect. We definitely enjoyed our time on the hikes as well as the sunrises and sunsets. Everything was as advertised…..we also enjoyed being in west Sedona and away from the downtown area.

Quiet, peaceful, and a perfect retreat for a couple. Stayed 4 days in March. Weather was perfect. Place had everything we needed.

The host was wonderful, with great recommendations for hikes and restaurants. There’s not a lot of storage for food, or for clothing, but if you’re happy to live out of your suitcase, and appreciate quiet and views, this is a perfect place.

Incredibly cute little cottage tucked into the area. Super clean and smelt amazing. Had water and other goodies in the fridge for us. Great host.

We had a fabulous time and the house was perfect. Great location near many hikes, restaurants and out away from the touristy stuff. We really enjoyed this lovely casita. Would highly recommend!

I could not have chosen a better property for our stay in Sedona. It was clean, well maintained and had everything we could have needed. The neighborhood was quiet, it was close to everything we wanted to do, and the views were great.Ed was also an amazing host! He was always available to help - like when we accidentally locked ourselves out on the patio (OOPS!). I would definitely stay here again!

Ed and Joy's Sedona Cottage was fantastic! It was clean, cozy, private and had everything we needed. It was close enough to town that you could pop in and out with ease, but you still felt tucked away and had plenty of quiet. The hosts were friendly and avilable if you needed them but gave you your space if you didn't. It truly was a lovely stay!

Views were amazing. The place honestly blew us away. Ed is a fantastic host and even went above and beyond to get flowers and wine to have them waiting for us when we arrived. Would one thousand percent book this property again. Highly recommend!

Great cabin in beautiful Sedona

Had a great stay in this small cabin - perfect size for 2 of us. Views of the red rocks and proximity to Sedona areas was great. Highly recommended!
