The Casita

This is a very welcoming casita, perfect for a couple. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. We very much enjoyed our week here and hope to come back in the future.

Fantastic Place

The Casita is a small but wonderful place to stay. Everything you could possibly need is here - full kitchen (and everything you need to cook), grill, hot tub, good parking, comfortable bed, and an EXCELLENT location. Host was absolutely wonderful to deal with and very helpful. Can’t wait to come back to this magical spot.

Best of the Red Rocks

I was an avid hiker and came to Sedona with a group a number of years ago. I always wanted to go back. Wonderful hiking for any level of hiking. We enjoyed our Casita. It was perfect for a couple. Good location and the restaurants are excellent from budget to expensive.

The Best Casita

This casita was amazing. There was every amenity you could ever want or need. Our hostess was agreeable to our late arrival and even left us guacamole, chips and Lemonade. (We ate non drinkers). She usually leaves wine! I cannot recommend this casita more highly to anyone who visits Sedona!

Better than perfect!

We stayed here for my wife’s 50th birthday and it was beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, a few minutes to downtown Sedona and pretty much everywhere (trails, shops, restaurants etc). House has everything to make your own meals too. Hot tub after a day on the trails was spot on (we caught the northern lights too). Divya, was incredibly helpful planning our trip and obviously knows a thing about decorating and landscaping. Stayed for a week but could’ve stayed for months. We’ll be back.

Hidden gem in Sedona

We enjoyed our stay at the Casita! It is very private and quiet, but still close to all Sedona has to offer. It is perfect for two and feels bigger than a studio. It is well stocked with everything you might possibly need. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. Divya is a wonderful host and is respectful of your privacy. The Casita and grounds are very clean. The outdoor jacuzzi tub was clean and a great place to stargaze. It was hard to leave; it was so comfortable and relaxing. We look forward to staying here again on our next Sedona trip.

Wonderful Casita in the heart of Sedona

We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay in this Casita. The casita is spacious and a perfect size for two people. The amenities are great, from the large bathtub to the jacuzzi, fireplace, and grill. My wife and I particularly liked the backyard and its beautiful old tree - so tranquil at sunset. The casita is well stocked as Divya has thought of everything for your stay. The neighborhood is great, too, as it is quiet and residential but also close enough to walk to several restaurants and Whole Foods. Highly recommended! Thank you!

A very special spot in Sedona

The casita is as perfect as can be! Professionally decorated and thoughtfully furnished, it is absolutely beautiful and very functional and comfortable. So peaceful yet close to everything. Divya has added all the touches that feel like home and anything you might have forgotten can be found tucked in a drawer or closet. The porches are just magical with wisteria and birds singing. Highly recommend and we can't wait to return!

Another great stay!

This was our second time at the casita and I cannot recommend it enough. It has a great location on a quiet street, but within walking distance to restaurants and Whole Foods is across the street. It is near many hiking trails as well. The bed is SO comfortable and we enjoyed nights by the fire and in the hot tub. It is spotless and so relaxing. It's even better than the pictures.

Serenity in this Casita

We planned a 9 day first time visit to Sedona to hike and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. When we are someplace for this long we enjoy renting VRBOs and this one has been our very favorite. The host and owner, Divya, could not have been a better person to rent from. She answered questions long before we even arrived which put our minds at ease. We were greeted with flowers, healthy snacks, and wine. She checked in with us initially and then left us to our own unless we had questions. The casita is beautiful and we felt peaceful and at home. Sitting outside in the evening in front of a fire was wonderful, especially taking in the delightful fragrance of the wisteria. This rental was just a few houses off of a busy road, but we never heard noise and at night it was very dark. I could not say enough about the value of this VRBO and the owner.

Mother Daughter Spring Break

The casita is beautiful with a luxurious feel. It was wonderful to hear the and watch the birds in the apricot tree, to soak in the deep tub or the hot tub. There are some wonderful trails a very short drive away or about 2 miles walk away. Communication was great. Highly, highly recommend!

Casita (studio) Perfect for 2

The property was ideal! The hostess provided wine, flowers, and snacks that were waiting for us upon arrival. We appreciated the hot tub, jacuzzi and fireplace as well as the two small porches. Although the casita was next to the owner’s home, we still had all the privacy we needed! It was an adorable property at a good location that I would highly recommend. It was obvious to us that the hostess cares about her guests.

Great Location - Place Needs a little Attention/Update

This property was a great location to do the hike's we wanted to do and to see a lot of Sedona. It also is a very close and walkable to Whole Foods which was great. The place is a one room so no privacy except for bathroom which does have a curtain and it open to main room. it was quite adequate for our needs and the outside is beautiful although we could not take advantage of it due to below average temps. It was very comfortably decorated and supplied with adequate food prep/kitchen items. The downside is that there are a few differred items of maintenance upkeeep that should be done. Two large windows are fogged up and should be replaced, kitchen disposle does not work and drain would clog a lot, electrical plug in bathroom needs to be moved to more secure location so heating cord to movable heater in bathroom doesn't have to go under rug and should be away from bathtup/spa tub in bathroom. The heating system is a little tricky as it's one unit close to the ceiling and heats unevenly throughout. Not much to be done here we just had to turn it up to 74-76 to keep an even temp throughout the room and then turn it down at night. The bathroom heater will not keep bathroom real warm if it is real cold. We enjoyed out stay but we feel this property could be updated to a higher standard based upon the above.

Sedona getaway

The property is a true gem! As is the host, she welcomes you to a warm inviting getaway with relaxing music and tray of comfort after your journey. Divya gave us a multitude of suggestions and options to food, fare and adventure. We will be back, many times over.
