Great location in Sedona, close to nice restaurants, trails and other local attractions. Property was located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the hosts was very good. The check in and check out process was simple.

This property was great for a short weekend getaway. Trail head close to house location. Hot tub was hot when we arrived! We had everything we needed. Would definitely book this house again!

Everything for this place was perfect! Private parking space, private entrance to the back, privacy fence, private hot tub. The place is bigger than I thought and very well maintained. The location is perfect to trails, shopping, restaurants. I will definitely be back!

The first morning we had a short hike from here to watch the sun come up from Little Sugar Loaf- what a great way to start our vacation of red rocks, delicious food and wineries. Our last night was spent (again) enjoying the beautiful stars from the hot tub.

We took a quick overnight visit to Sedona and everything worked out great! The host provided very detailed and accurate check-in instructions, which were easy to follow. The unit is great and very comfortable. It’s behind the main house and very quiet and private. Free Netflix, too! It’s in a great location in west Sedona and is close to everything.

Great place. Convenient location. My only critique is the lighting in the bedroom was dim which my eyes struggled with. May not be an issue for someone with better vision.

Having rented many times through VRBO I have to say this was one of the best ( or even the best) rentals. Everything I needed was right there, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable outdoor space. The location was perfect for me, a quiet location with a short drive into town. As a hiker, I appreciated how near the trailheads were. The host communicated quickly and let me know she would take care of any problems or questions that arise. (There were none). I would highly recommend this casita.
