Excellent Rosegarden San Jose location. Very private. Perfect for the business traveler-includes all business travel essentials. Full kitchen includes Keurig coffeemaker, microwave, sink, oven/stove and refrigerator. Extremely comfortable queen-size bed. Adjacent to Rosecrucian Museum. Walking distance to Starbucks/restaurants/shopping/Rosegarden Park. Less than 2 miles from downtown San Jose, Willow Glen, SAP center, Valley Fair mall/Santana Row, O'Connor Hospital, Valley Medical Center, all major freeways and public transit. Less than 3-4 miles from San Jose Airport, AVAYA Arena, Levi Stadium.

Sanctuary in Rose Garden

Stayed here for several nights. The unit is Comfortable, well stocked and clean. The hoses are responsive and the neighborhood lovely. Can’t wait to go back!

nice neighborhood stay

slight problem with water heater turned off by cleaning crew but was resolved quickly. Very nice host made our stay more comfortable

Wonderful cottage

This cottage is perfect. Suzanne is a wonderful host and the cottage had everything I needed including a thoughtful basket of coffee, tea, and snack items. The surrounding neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. There's a small restaurant with great food nearby. I would definitely recommend this as a perfect place to stay!!

A great stay

Hosts were very kind and the cottage was very well equipped! Bed was extremely comfortable, property was very nice and in a great neighborhood. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Clean and well stocked with all the basics. Extras were easily accessible. The stay was perfect and the owners are as accessible as you need them to be. Will definitely stay again!

Cozy studio close to all

Cute cozy studio adorned with tasteful antique pieces and replete with welcoming refreshments and a well stocked kitchen ready for meal preps. Suzanne and Mike were warm and helpful and catered to anything that came up including a wine corkscrew emergency-lol. Bed was super comfy and outdoor area was beautiful with it’s own orange tree. Very happy with stay.

It was good size cottage with ample space in a great central location. No more than a 7 minutes from malls, downtown areas and freeways.

quaint, convenient, quiet

This property is actually better than it looks in the photos. This is a spacious studio apartment, clean and up to date. The neighborhood is peaceful and convenient to San Jose/Santa Clara destinations including the airport. It was just right for a business traveler, away from the hubbub of a hotel zone. Easy unattended checkin/checkout for schedule flexibility. Will definitely stay here again.
