The prized corner lot position puts this home on a short side street with direct beach access. A small boat landing is just down the road, perfect for launching kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the saltmarsh creek.

GROUND FLOOR: Exterior access only. (2 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN & 1 SINGLE, 1 full bath (tub shower) in between, laundry room, enclosed outdoor shower, covered parking.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-2 (LR & King BR down; full cable pkg), Smart TV-2 (both King BRs up), wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, 2 full-size refrigerators (up/down), ice machine and 2nd fridge are in ground floor guest storage room, Pack n Play, high chair, 2 tubs, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, 2 screened porches, porch rocking chairs, enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold, covered parking, Weber grill, private pool (no heat) with sunning deck, covered poolside lounge area, shuffleboard court (including game accessories), access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays in summer only. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. 5-night minimum stays that fall between Saturdays are accepted from mid-Sep to mid-May - please call to secure your special booking requirements.

DISCLOSURE: Two wireless cameras monitor the property during non-rental periods only (disarmed during occupancy) - one on driveway tree faces under the house, the other on back of house faces the pool.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: This primarily residential community has a laidback vibe with a lot to offer, including easy access to miles of pristine beach, creek access via a small public boat launch, lush Lowcountry scenic vistas as well as a few shops and restaurants within walkable distance. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are within close proximity by car.
