Welcome to your dream coastal retreat! Nestled just steps away from the Surfside Beach sandy shores, this exquisite 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal living. Sea Chic is located just 200 steps from the beach!

As you enter, a gourmet kitchen featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient breakfast bar – perfect for entertaining or casual family meals greets you.

Situated on the first floor, adjacent to the kitchen, is a spacious bedroom featuring a full bathroom and a private deck that offers picturesque views of the stunning pool area. The rest of the bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, providing ample space for the entire family to enjoy. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer provided.

Step outside onto the expansive deck and immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle. Whether you're entertaining guests or simply enjoying a quiet evening, the outdoor space is perfect for dining, relaxation, and soaking in the coastal breeze.

Enjoy your own private paradise with a sparkling pool and inviting hot tub, creating a resort-like atmosphere in your backyard. Whether you're cooling off with a refreshing dip or unwinding in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub, this outdoor space is a sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment.

Sea Chique is located in Surfside Beach "The Family Beach" where you are minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf courses and so much more!

There is a parking space for three, maybe four, vehicles, and you can bring or rent a golf cart.

ONE small, mature (under 50 pounds, over a year old) dog is permitted, with a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Cats and other pets are NOT permitted.

Any unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a non-refundable fee of $350 per pet.

MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

Excellent house, pool, hot tub, and near the beach. Everyone was comfortable and had the space they needed. The kitchen was great for cooking and if you want to eat out there was only a short drive to the restaurants (we rented a golf cart). Would stay here again.

It was a great property with a nice location and the pool area was very useful. However, we had to take away a star (maybe it should have been 2) for the horrible mattresses. We had multiple family members opting to sleep on the couch instead of the beds. It was especially disappointing because decent memory foam mattresses are a relatively cheap fix. There is no reason for anyone to be trying to sleep on 10 year old, worn out, spring mattresses. Everything else was great and it was an enjoyable stay, but sleeping comfortably is important.

lies and deception, very small pool, rust old outside chairs metal lounge chairs hot and falling apart, the beach view was a joke, beds where old and lumpy, way to many stairs.

We had a wonderful time at Sea Chique! The location was perfect; very close to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants in Surfside. The house layout was great with lots of indoor and outdoor space. We loved being on the front porch and the pool area. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of sightseeing. The house had everything we could need. The only improvements we could suggest would be an upgrade to the beds and bedding. Highly recommend this property and we hope to return next year!

The place was great for our group of 8. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Most of the common spaces, decor and bedding are outdated and the floors were not very clean but a few new touches would go a long way for the property. Can’t beat the distance to the beach, a warm hot tub for chillier nights and a backyard pool perfect for tanning!

The only good quality about this house is the 5 minute walk to the beach. The pictures are not current and everything is outdated and worn down. This house is need of a major update, including beds, couches, some windows are moldy, blinds that are broken and outdoor pool table is rusty. One pool chair had a big whole in the seat and was unusable. We had some communication with the management company regarding the cleaning of the hot tub and that was taken care but the manager was very condescending and rude. For the high price tag of these beach rentals, I would spend your money elsewhere.

Very nice accomodations and Family oriented

Enjoyed staying at this duplex style home. I loved the open living room/dining room area. We had plenty of room to sit and talk to each other and enjoy the grandbaby!

Great location, great value.

We enjoyed a weekend getaway with friends. Plenty of room, very spacious. Great home for the value, it has a beautiful view of the beach with a very short walk to the beach access.

Private Oasis in quiet neighborhood

I love staying around the locals, the neighborhood is quiet and the beach is not crowded, the house is well equipped with anything you might need, the beds had clean covers and sheets, everything in the kitchen was functional, the Private pool was a real joy.

Nice Beach House

The house had a good location with a view of the ocean from the 2 front porches. House could use a little updating. There weee a few empty cans left out by the pool. Overall an great week with family!

Beach Home

This property is amazing and exceeded our expectations! Property manager communicated prior to our arrival and made checking in painless. Property is very nice with plenty of space for large families. Pool and hot tub was a great bonus! Walk to the beach is less than a minute from the front door.

Lots of room

The house we rented was very spacious; 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. That was just right for our family. The kitchen/dining/living room easily handled all ten of us.
